Terrible, shoddy, unprofessional. Ordered 4 frames total, something major wrong with every one. Only refunded a small portion of order upon complaint. Stay away. There are lots of good quality online framing services out there.
I have been in the business for 40+ years and rarely seen such poor quality. Customer Service is a lie and a joke.
