I purchased 2 of the pet safe ultrasonic barkers to stop my dogs barking. 25 feet is the distance they are rated, so surely 2 in my kitchen area would work. Well they DIDN'T WORK AT ALLl, I returned them and the company charged me RESTOCKING and original shipping!! For stuff that doesn't work!!!!!!! Don't buy from this company they sell products that first don't work and 2nd don't stand behind them and charge the purchaser. HORRIBLE :-(
First off, free shipping is only for packages in the US. This was something I didn't know because it doesn't add shipping costs to your order. I got nervous about the reviews so I tried calling-- was on hold for an hour and a half with no answer. Slowly I was growing more anxious. I hung up the phone and tried to calm myself down by sending them an e-mail. After I sent it, I got a call from a manager! He explained that shipping isn't free to Canada and was completely understanding about me cancelling my order. It was a larrrrge cage and shipping would have been far too much. This morning I woke up to an e-mail from him! He offered me a specialized coupon code for a bit of a discount if I chose to order the cage when I get money. :) Very nice people. Can't say anything about their products, but their customer service was nice.

Its hard to believe that this place is still in business. I placed an order for a small item and when I got the email confirmation it was for a large. I called three times, was disconnected three times and when I finally did speak to someone they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then......disconnected. I called back and was put on hold, again, and was told the order would be cancelled. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number, e-mail, anything. Nope. The charge is still pending on my credit card and now I will have to go through the hassle of having my credit card reverse the charges. Never, ever again.
I received the new life jacket I purchased last week, and couldn't be happier. The service rep on the phone helped me with the couple sizing questions I had, and it fits my Lab perfectly. I can't wait to show it off at the doggie beach. Price was good, and shipping was fast.
This company is HORRIBLE to deal with....the customer service reps are RUDE & NASTY, unhelpful, & lie. I ordered a water fountain from this website and they sent the package UPS with "Signature necessary at time of delivery." I work full-time & was not home the 3 times UPS attempted to deliver...Then the company put a no-hold on the item so when I went to pick it up at UPS the very next morning, it had shipped back to the warehouse already. The worst part is when I tried to explain this to PetStreetMall, the very RUDE representatives gave me attitude & blamed UPS...after going in circles with them 3 times, I finally told them just to issue me a refund...they flat out LIED to me for 2 weeks, claiming they had issued me a refund & I had to call 10 times to get a "supervisor" on the phone to help me & he was just as unhelpful and rude as the rest of them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I still don't even know if they're going to issue me a refund, let alone a full refund...
I ordered 2 items that come in 3 sizes. They sent the wrong size so I sent them back. They charged me shipping and restocking fees which amounted to almost the price of the items themselves so I am out most of the money I spent with nothing to show for it.
I would have been better off keeping the items. They have bad business policies for returns!
I returned an item that did not work and they charged me a 20% re-stocking fee.
Even though the manufacturer had recommended returning it to the original place of purchase.
When I called them and explained again that the Item did not work, they said they have no control over that!
