Prices on their website are "MEMBER" prices. They want me to give them my email address for a membership, but each time I tried to use their card, they had to issue me a new one because the system could not locate it and had to issue me a new card. Gave up on their crappy "membership" years ago. Went for kitty litter today and had to pay extra because I don't trust them with personal information anymore.

Prices on their website are "MEMBER" prices. They want me to give them my email address for a membership, but each time I tried to use their card, they had to issue me a new one because the system could not locate it and had to issue me a new card. Gave up on their crappy "membership" years ago. Went for kitty litter today and had to pay extra because I don't trust them with personal information anymore.

Recently, I took my dog to Petsmart for a haircut and bath. Unfortunately, the stylist I encountered was rather impolite. She informed me that if my dog wasn't cooperative during the grooming process, there would be an additional charge for express service. However, that wasn't necessary as my dog behaved just fine.Upon picking up my dog, I noticed that the stylist was nowhere to be found. To my dismay, my dog's haircut was poorly done. The hair around his ears had been excessively trimmed, and there were uneven patches on his chest. Honestly, I believe I could have done a better job myself, despite not being a professional stylist.

Horrible experience with their grooming salon staff (PetSmart Polo Park WPG). Walked in yesterday to have my dog's nails done and since they were overbooked, we were offered an appointment today. They weren't satisfied with the paperwork I showed for my dog's rabies vaccine so they said no problem, they will just contact the vet. All fine, I just asked if there was any problem to call me before the appointment so we don't have to make the trip. This morning, got no call, but just to make sure esp. Since the weather and roads were horrible, I called before going there and was told, yeah his appointment is all good to go, we can even accomodate him earlier. As I was driving there, I got a call from them saying, yeah, we just called the vet, no answer so you know we can reschedule for later or another day. This was something you said you would do beforehand and I even called to confirm! The people working here DO NOT CARE! Long story short, we made the trip for nothing so we will avoid petsmart at all costs!

Worse place ever I been to pet smart on quarry drive brampton the staff are rude as hell, incompetent they say one thing over the phone get there say something else I booked an appointment two months on advance for my dog to be groom showed up for them to tell me they don't have a groomer am like your a grooming pet service how can you not have a groomer I was irated as it was xmas eve of 2022 the employers showed no remorse whatsoever and that made me more angry I left fast forward to yesterday I had booked an appointment last week again remember now once you have a file with them they would always remember who you are I booked the appointment they CONFIRMED my appointment I showed up they all looking at me like I have three heads on my body they got the manager she came ans said I am banned from that location because I give them the middle finger on Dec 24th 2022 I said oh really did I? I said to her is there footage they should be because pet smart has cameras right she said oh no we don't have footage we have it documented I said no what you guys documented is what I said to you guys leaving you guys speechless because uou couldn't answer my question as to how a grooming service has no groomer, so you guys felt embarrassed on the job couldn't respond how you probably wanted to, to me so came up with a plot as I gave you the middle finger which there is no proof of,let me show you how tacky they are to even humiliate me even more they made me booked the appointment confirmed it so I can come for them to humiliate me infront everyone by saying am banned from location funny thing is am banned from the grooming salon but I can still go into pet smart and spend my money on items make it make sense someone pleaseeeee. Worse place ever read the reviews ans take your pets somewhere,where your money is valued and also you as a customer quarry branch brampton the Worse go read their reviews its not just me the worse staff ever

I have been going to Chinook Petsmart Calgary ever since it opened at this location.
I want to commend you in reference to one of your employees. Her name is Ljubica. She alway greats you with a smile and very friendly conversation, and has always been very helpful & loves the pets and even they get excited when they see her! And I have watched it's not just with me and my pet it is with every customer that goes through!
I believe that compliments and praise should be given where needed! There is so many times that a customer goes through a cashier or store and has not been treated appropriately.
I will continue to go to Petsmart and look forward to seeing her happy face at the cashier till!

Any in-person shopper at Petsmart Canada already knows that their shelves are usually empty outside of the dog section. I seldom shop there anymore for that reason, unless they're the only retailer who carries an item that I need. The same applies to their "pay and pick up". The main problem is that the stock listed as "available" on their website is usually "UNavailable". Their website is apparently not connected to the store inventory systems, so there's no relation between what's "in stock" on the website vs. what's available in the stores.

I did retail point of sale support for a living for 5 years and I know that there's no excuse for this disconnect. Point of sale systems track stock as it's rung in, and the inventory data is uploaded to the retailer's website - at least for professional retailers.

To add to the fun, Petsmart's "pay and pick up" system is ridiculous. They lure customers in with discounts. When you order, they tell you that you won't be charged for any item you order that's not in stock. Trouble is, that's a lie. And good luck getting a refund.

One of my fish tank hoods was broken by my cat and I needed a new one right away. This was a Saturday. Petsmart was the only retailer I could find who had the size of hood and LED light that I needed in stock (apparently) so I placed a pay and pick up order for both items using Visa Debit at my nearest store. A couple of hours later I received an email stating that the $120 LED light was unavailable and that I wouldn't be charged for it. Since I needed a light, I checked another local Petsmart store and the item was listed "in stock" - so I ordered it.

Once again I got an email stating that my order was cancelled because the light was out of stock at the second store. Again, the message told me I wouldn't be charged for the light.

Since I still had the pending order for the hood, I went down to the Petsmart store to pick it up. I've picked up paid orders there before. Every time including this one, I've ended up standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting while staff rummaged through various desks, closed cash registers, etc. to find my item. He nearly gave me an expensive fish tank belonging to another customer. I noticed they just leave customers' paid items lying in random locations. Anyone walking by could just help themselves and walk away with someone else's merchandise. Not once have I ever been asked for any ID or an order number to verify my identity before I was given my order. I could easily lie and claim a more expensive item was mine.

When I got home I checked my bank balance online and saw that it was over $250 short. I saw that Petsmart had charged me for the LED light, twice. Needless to say, I was upset as I was told I would not be charged. I went on Petsmart's website to check their "fine print" and found that because I had used Visa Debit instead of a credit card, my bank was charged for both transactions. The fine print stated that I may have to wait several business days to receive my refunds.

Later that day I checked my bank account and found that the second order I placed had been refunded, but there was no refund for the first order. I decided to wait until Monday, as surely I'd receive my refund then.

Monday 10 am and no refund. I called Petsmart customer service. They flatly refused to do anything, couldn't confirm if the refund request was even sent, and repeatedly blamed my bank and told me to call them. I asked why I was refunded on one transaction but not the other, and asked them to explain how this could be my bank's fault. No answer.

I called the bank and predictably they passed the buck back to Petsmart. Once again I asked why one transaction could be refunded and not the other when they were placed in exactly the same way with the same retailer. The only response I got was that they refused to escalate the matter because it "could" take "up to" 6 business days, over a week. So I'm out of pocket for $120 - money which I was misled to believe wouldn't be charged in the first place.

I strongly suggest you think twice before ordering from this retailer. They can't even keep track of their own stock, much less your money. They leave your order lying out where anyone could steal it, and they don't verify the identity of anyone picking up an order. If you insist on buying anything from them, just go to the store in person where you'll see for yourself what they have in stock (nothing) and you won't be charged for nonexistent items and have to fight like a tiger to get your own money back.

Look what they did to my 9 months old standard poodle puppy!
The girl from the minute I met her was saying that the grooming job is not easy and she gets back and neck pain! And she said she had to shave my dogs ears just because it was not healthy for him to have tangled hair.lol...
I told her my dog goes to his groomer every 6 to 8 weeks what are you talking about?
She was too lazy and shaved my poodle's hair. I asked the groomer to work on my dog's hair to make it fluffy and puffy. I asked her not to cut his tail's hair and just trim it... she didn't even wash his tail. I asked her several times, not to shave his body and head, but she shaved all his hair anyway without my permission in this extreme cold of winter weather! When I saw my dog I could not believe my eyes! PetSmart's groomers are young and have no experience and most of them are not certified pet groomers I believe. They are too lazy to work on the dogs hair. I could not smell any fresh wash or shampoo on my poor dog's body. I paid extra $37 for pampering him. I don't think they even washed my dog... maybe they used dry shampoo on him?
His tail was not washed at all I had to wash, dry and fluffy it at home by myself.
The invoice that I received from her before I see my dog was showing $165+tax.
I paid and I left the Ottawa, Innes road store, Very disappointed!
I sent my complaint to PetSmart but no one called or replied to my message.
I had a Horrible experience, waste of money, time and gas.
I am not happy at all.
I could shave my dog by myself and wash him and dry him by myself better than anyone.
The reason I brought my dog to PetSmart was because I thought they really care and will work on my dog's hair to make him fluffy and beautiful and he will look like a real standard poodle.

Love this store, allows Fridly staff. When I place a order on line one night. They missed it in the morning did not see it. When I want to yhe store they filled the order right there for me. That was great don't thi k to many stores would do that. Me and my fur baby's are always happy Ftwr shipping at petsmart.

I buy a lot from this store. Cat food, dog food, hard and soft treats beds, leashes callers, it's all great period. And I know they have a great return policy. Because I got one bed before they were in Toro from the city. And in the due OneDrive to the City. I took it here to Toronto because there was parts missing. And they exchanged to rate there in the spot. No questions asked, no nothing. It was amazing very 1st day they opened up. I was actually the first customer in the store.
