Reached out because the price on the website at checkout that I thought I was paying was different from what I actually paid and was on the receipt. Received a timely response back, but even though I provided a screenshot showing the different price, I was quickly dismissed and told there was nothing they could do and that the price I paid was what was on file and was accurate. 1000% a bait and switch on price and you would not know until you check your emailed receipt or credit card statement that they actually uncharged you! Shady business and customer service is rude and in on it.
I had a terrible experience with Pettable. Their ESA letter was flagged as fake by my landlord, and their customer service was unhelpful and refused a refund. I found many similar complaints online. Avoid Pettable at all costs – their service is unreliable and dishonest.
Pettable.com is one of the worst ESA letter services I've encountered, and several factors contribute to this negative perception. Firstly, I experienced a lack of responsiveness and poor customer service, with significant delays in receiving my ESA letter and unhelpful, dismissive staff. Additionally, the quality and legitimacy of the ESA letter provided by Pettable.com were questionable, as my letter was not accepted by my landlord, suggesting potential issues with compliance to legal standards and proper certification. Furthermore, the pricing structure of Pettable.com was misleading, with hidden fees and additional charges that inflated the initial quoted price, leaving me feeling deceived and overcharged. Overall, these issues culminated in a frustrating and unreliable experience for anyone seeking legitimate ESA documentation, making Pettable.com a service to avoid.
My experience with Pettable has been disappointing and frustrating. I decided to use their online platform to obtain an ESA letter, but the service fell far short of expectations. Firstly, they failed to deliver the letter within the promised timeframe, causing significant inconvenience. This delay led to complications with my housing provider, who ultimately rejected the letter, citing its tardiness as a reason for its lack of validity.
When I finally received the ESA letter, it was immediately apparent that it wasn't recognized as legitimate. This was not only disappointing but also concerning, as it directly affected my ability to secure housing accommodations. The entire process with Pettable lacked professionalism and adherence to promised timelines, leaving me with a sense of distrust and frustration. I would caution others against using Pettable for ESA services based on my experience, as it did not meet the essential standards necessary for such critical documentation.
Handed out my healthcare information to a third party after they no call no showed for multiple visits.
I went to the Pettable website and filled out the questionnaire and paid the fee. I then set up the consultation. I was emailed a confirmation of the appointment and was told to set up the account. I did those things. 30 minutes before my assessment, I get a text with a link. This link tells me that I need to pay more money. It also says that I need to submit my medical records. None of this was told to me before I scheduled and paid for the appointment and letter. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.
Making the appointment and setting up my account was easy. I have an appointment on 6/29, which hasn't been confirmed yet but that's because I made the appointment at around 3 am cst. The site has a place where you can upload documents, so, I uploaded some of my medical records that I thought are relevant to this. I will update this after my appointment tomorrow.
