I got an email on Aug 11 saying they got my email and were going to send me account updates and such. I sent their csr an email saying I didn't sign up for this and now they want me to give them my other email to send account updates. I replied that I, personally, have never had an account with them and that if they did in fact have an account then it was fraud. I even called them about this and they did nothing. I will be making a complaint with the cfpb and the bbb about this!

I haven't heard back from them since Aug 22nd. I guess this is never going to get fixed. I advise anyone new to not use these company.

There are several issues regarding this site. Such as their website not reflecting the actual balance of accrued cash back, thei csr saying NOT to use the app. I have always had to contact them in order for any of my payments to be sent out and the last time I contacted them wanting to know when my next payment would be sent since I HAVEN'T gotten a payment since Feb of this year, their response was we will send out the check from Feb again! I am waiting on them to update me since I was told they have contacted their account dept but have NOT heard back from them, that was on Aug 13th.

So, I signed up for stand alone internet about 2 years ago. I was told my bill would be 63.33 after taxes and everything. About 9 months or so ago my bill goes up about $15. I called them and they said I'm getting a discount because of a bundle and I didn't have anything else at the time. Then, I called back and was told I'm getting a discount. What exactly am I getting a discount for? I called last week and got phone service added cause their site advertised it as $10.99 a month. The tech came out and put a phone cord in my router and left and it took them an additional 24 hours to activate it, which I wasn't told about. I even had to start a chat online to find out my phone number, which is a cell phone number. So, is this not a landline? Is it VOIP? If it is, I'll just cancel and go with magic jack. It'd be way cheaper!

So, I have 2 paid orders with Klarna. For some reason, even though Walmart sends all their stuff out in multiple packages, Klarna will split the payments that you make into 2, basically 8 payments instead of 4. I have brought this up several times but they don't seem to care. This is VERY misleading when their terms clearly say 4 payments, not 8. Another problem I have is there is no way to make a payment early. Your only options are to wait til the exact due date of your next payment or to pay it off early but still results in 2 payments, instead of 1. They need to report problems and not just brush you off when you report it to them

I got a response from them on trust pilot. I didn't order through personal shopper so I don't understand why they're telling me this. Also, the total price for my order is different than what I'm being charged. Why was my stuff placed through amazon and not best buy? Why say you can get it and pick it up where you want if that is not the case? Is my account going to be credited for the price difference?

Last year I order a dell desktop and a monitor. They were separate items. Paid them off about a week ago. Had to call to make sure how much i owed and they rep stated my account was paid and she put in a note for my account and the next day I got a an email stating so. About 2 days ago I ordered a dyson ball animal 2,2 jlab wireless earbuds, and a rug doctor carpet shampooer. The only problems I have with them so far is that if you change your payments from weekly to monthly, you have to pay in advance, before you get the order and their website doesn't reflect payments when you do that and currently their website doesn't even reflect the fact that my new order was shipped from amazon (was supposed to be best buy) and says tracking numbers pending but usps sent me notifications today that my stuff would be delivered today.
Edit: I added the screenshot for how much each item is. I pay about 38 usd a week for all items.

Tip for consumers: You might have to call several times before anything gets done. They're supposed to assign an account manager to you before they will accept a payment but I didn't let that fly.

Horrible customer service. Sellers won't reply to buyers messages and previous sellers harass buyers with unwanted messages.

Ordered a book from ebay on Nov 30th, was tendered to Bestway Parcels the same day. No movement other than that since then. It is now Dec 7th. It's currently at their facility in Ogden Utah and is supposed to be handed over to USPS on the day of delivery (whenever that is). Contacted whom I order from and they said if I don't receive it by Dec 18th to let them know and they can do something then.

I order the pet parade pet steps on Nov 23rd. Got email on Nov 26th and 27th saying it was shipped. Both emails had different tracking numbers. Called on Dec 4th asking where it was and the lady I spoke with said I should get it by Monday Dec 10th at the latest. It was delivered today, Dec 6th, after contacting their shipping partner, Newgistics, cause it had been sitting 2 hours North of me since Nov 30th. Newgistics transferred my order last night to USPS.

Tip for consumers: Be wary of their shipping and refunds as there are a lot of bad reviews for this company on the BBB website.

Shipping times vary for each item in order and are not shipped together. Still waiting on one item to be shipped. Make sure to check the sizing charts on each item to make sure you get the correct fit for your size. Order number HB*******368959.

Tip for consumers: 5xl is a 22/24 in american. XXL is acutaly a xl. Large is a medium and size 38 shoes are a size 8 US.

The clothing size is actually 2x's smaller than what it says it is. Don't buy clothes unless you're a size 8.
