Instead of delivering my order to a safe place as they were instructed and obligated to do so ie walking through my front gate and leaving the parcel containing fragile items, out of the elements on my porch, PFL Logistics threw my order (containing glass bottles) over my fence and left it in the rain and dirt in my garden. Before contacting them to see where my "order marked as delivered" actually was, I had to go climbing through shrubs to find it, where one would least expect it. I contacted PFL Logistics via their website form and provided my tracking ID and their reference number and three weeks on, I've received no contact whatsoever. Arrogant, unprofessional company, who clearly condone shabby employee conduct.
