I will not do business with any company that resorts to "click-baiting". They attempt to bait you into clicking on their ad by making it look like a story or informative article. Here's a copy/paste of an example I came across. The "headline" read: "Make Sure Your Dog Is Not Eating Any of These Food (If Your Dog Eats Dry Food - Most Owners Don't Know This)" But look closely - The light gray fine print reads: "Ad•Ultimate Pet Nutrition".

The new format of Facebook is absolutely horrible! And now I can't even access my newsfeed. I get nothing but an error message. No wonder people are abandoning Facebook in favor of the now #1 downloaded social media app - MeWe.

Went on website to compare prices between different brands. Makes it kinda hard when the price either isn't shown AT ALL, or they list the price as "Our Every Day Low Price". And just what is that "Every Day Low Price"? $1.00? $3.00? $10?

The ONLY ones to call as far as I'm concerned. When we had a lock emergency over the New Year's holiday, Joe from Interstate Security was the only one courteous enough to call us back. All the other local Erie, PA guys (referring to the ones who specifically advertise themselves as being available 24/7) were rude and hung up on us. Joe, on the other hand, was kind enough to come on New Year's day. And he did not merely fix/replace the broken knob/lock. He actually IMPROVED the key entry system to our entire home. I expected to pay a premium price, not only for him coming over on a holiday, but doing extra work above and beyond. But he actually charged more than a fair price. And he did an excellent job installing a quality knob to replace the broken one. It is now solid as the Rock of Gibraltar. I highly recommend this business.

I called this phone number looking for locksmith to help with an emergency. All I got was a recording trying to sell me ADT, DirecTV, T-Mobile, Dish Network, etc., etc., etc, etc... etc., etc., etc... But never got locksmith connection.

All I wanted to do is print a coupon. So I followed their instructions on creating an account to do so. But instead of letting me print the coupon I wanted, the site blocks me and repeatedly asks me to validate info. That I HAVE ALREADY VALIDATED! Needless to say, I plan on promptly unsubscribing from their service.

Photobucket was a useful site in the past. I used it if I wanted to find a get well message for example. I could pull up the one I liked and edit it to my liking via an edit option in the drop down menu. That option is no longer the case. So I tried uploading the image to "my bucket". That doesn't work either. I'm just glad I never signed up for the paid subscription. I only used the free option (along with an ad blocker to keep them from spamming me).

While I like the store itself, the WEBSITE is AWFUL! All I want to know is how much a product costs! This site does not seem to provide that information. Or if they do, apparently it must be a convoluted process to find those prices. I'm NOT going to "Add To List" unless you tell me how much it costs in the first place!

Site does not work unless you want to "pay to play". "Solutions" in FAQ/Help section don't work. Nor did ones they emailed to me. But if you click Paypal - hey no problem!

I've had Webroot for three years now, and gladly renewed for another year. I had some stubborn malware/vulnerable programs that other anti-viruses were unable to remove. Webroot got rid of them. My only issue has more to do with Microsoft/Windows than Webroot itself. They seem to be arguing with each other. Windows repeatedly asks if I want to allow Webroot to make changes. But I contacted Geek Squad Tech Support. So hopefully that issue is resolved. But that issue still doesn't change my 5-star review.

I've had them for 3 yrs., and gladly renewed for another year. Overall they've solved MOST issues on the first try. Yes, at times they have to give it another go. But they DO solve it in the end. So it doesn't change my 5-star rating. And they always ask if you need further help before disconnecting.
