Pgmdress

I just purchased a dress from Pgmdress. Like other reviews out there, the dress did not look like the picture, was mediocre quality and they refused to "allow" me to return the dress for even a partial refund. I submitted several photos showing the dress did not fit in several areas of the top including the back, the bust and the shoulder straps were too long. I wrote a review to post on their website and it "mysteriously" didn't show up. Scam...

Dress arrived quicker than expected! Very happy with the color of the dress, which I was nervous about! Colors on the screen may not always be the same as in person. Jay helped me select a color by providing additional photos of color options and answering my questions! We were able to correspond by email back and forth. The measurement guides were super helpful! I chose to do custom measurements for the dress. My fiancé and I used to work at a men's suit store, so I had him measure me. The dress fits great! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a dress for a formal event. Came in mail with a funny smell. Dress looked nothing like the picture. It fit horribly and was made from cheap material. The dress was also a completely different color. It looked like a 4 year old sewed on these ugly beads. They wanted me to take pics of the dress so they could resolve the problem.

I took pictures and they said that based off of there perception from the PICTURE the dress fit me perfectly and there would be no refund. That is absolutely unacceptable. The company does not get to decide based off of a bathroom picture if the dress fits me or is flattering to me. The dress fit me horribly. It was massive on me.

I should not have to send photos in the first place. The dress didn't fit me. I would also like to say that Jay in their customer service department was rude and condescending in all our exchanges. I'm shocked. I've never had such a gross experience with a store.

I was very satisfied with my purchase from Pgmdress. My dress arrived earlier than expected and was very well made and true to color. My dress was a little tight in the bust, but fit perfectly everywhere else.

I ordered a customized size and specified that I needed the dress in a rush since my prom was coming up and the dress fit like a glove and arrived early. I also customized the color to black and the dress came exactly as asked for. I would buy another dress from this company again because they expressed good customer service and gave me the product I was hoping for

I was worried to buy dress from Pgmdress at first, because the dress hadn't had many reviews and was quite pricey, but took a risk and ordered it. Surprisingly, it arrived within about a month and the fabric and overall look was gorgeous. It is a bit more pinkish than the picture makes you think, but it's beautiful nonetheless and the long train makes it extraordinary!

We ordered this long dress for my daughter's homecoming, the dress was the correct color that i picked and it all fit great. Only issue was that it was about two feet too long on the bottom but that is easily fixable. Also got here two weeks before i was expecting it to :)

I ordered one dress for my Dec wedding, I didn't worry to order it from Pgmdress. Because my friend recommended me to buy it from here. When I opened the package, it didn't disappoint me. Dress is beautiful but some of the appliques didn't hold up during shipping. My straps are little loose and I wish it had a little more boning in the midsection but it's a great for the price.

Such a well-made dress! I loved how we have the ability to customize measurements because mine fits so well! I will order my dress again from Pgmdress.

I ordered one dress on PGMDRESS store.It is for my June 23rd prom day. Dress is perfect, beading is amazing, no flaws, great quality and weighty. Took a while to get, but got it custom so understandable.

I was a bit scared ordering a prom dress online but my expectations were greatly exceeded! My daughter is a hard "off the rack" fit and this dress was perfect since it was custom made for her size and shape! The dress was beautiful and very well made. We ordered it in January and had it within 2 weeks. I was contacted by email by the company immediately after I placed the order because I had forgotten one of the measurements. We did have some minor alterations done but I'm sure that was from my faulty measuring or my daughter losing some weight. I could not be happier with the whole process: the dress quality, the fit, the ordering process, the customer service, the quick delivery and all at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be repeat customers! Highly recommend!
