This dress is absolutely beautiful. It is very high quality materials and beautifully made. Fits perfectly when you follow the size chart.
It is for a very special occasion. The whole family loved it.
I have never ordered a dress from Pgmdress before. I thought it would be a horrible experience but I was pleasantly surprise. It was so easy and fast and the people at the company that shipped the dress were amazing. The nicest people to work with. We wanted to get the size just right and they really cared sending me several emails to make that happen.

We were hesitant to order in line for fear it would not fit and we would be pr seed for time to find a new one. This dress for like a glove and was absolutely beautiful on her. She got a million compliments and hers was as one of a kind. We will definitely look at getting her Prom dress her as well. This. Ring her senior year, I wish we had found this site sooner. Thank you for being part of making her senior homecoming so memorable.

We were nervous about placing this order because it was a few weeks away from my daughters homecoming and I couldn't imagine that they could do a quality custom dress in time. She is tiny and I assumed that even if we could get it in time it would need some altering. Well, the dress arrived and it was BEAUTIFUL and fit perfectly. The material and the cut were so much nicer than I expected for the cost and it arrived several days earlier than promised. We did choose to make it slightly less low cut so we had the straps shortened,, but she could have easily worn it as is.
Before we ordered we read all the reviews and we thought they must be filtering them because they were so positive, but really, this 5-star review is deserved

Do not order anything from this site under any circumstances. Poor quality from China and they will not allow return. My dress was supposed to be 28.5" waist (it was made to less than 25"), the bust was to be 34" (it was made to over 36") the length was supposed to fit 5'7" with 2" heel and it was more than 8" long! Terrible. They will respond that they do not see any problem with your dress and cannot return. NEVER BUY Anything from PGM Dress. It's a scam.

From the beginning I had a bad feeling about ordering my daughter's prom dress online from a manufacturer in China. We ordered the dress 5 weeks before prom, corresponding with them and were assured the dress would arrive in plenty of time. We did the custom color and custom fitting options. The dress arrived just days before prom and in the wrong color! When we tried to request a refund they simply tried to get us to keep the dress and wanted to refund only 20%, even though the website states if the error is theirs, you will receive a full refund. They quit responding to us via email, and we have had to file a dispute with our bank to try to get our money back. When you call the number listed for the company, it is not a business number but a U.S. personal cell phone. For the way we have been treated over this, I would never recommend PMG Dress! Good luck and buy American!

Purchased dress online for my daughters Year 12 formal. We were so excited thinking that as we had provided measurements that this dress would be perfect. When it came the beading/sequins started falling off all over the floor. Dress did not fit perfectly- to close the dress at the back you have to pull lacing through - so basically could fit any size. When my daughter tried to get her arms through the arm holes it would only go as far as her elbow. I have contacted the company on many occasions asking for a full refund and then reduced to 50%. All I get are emails saying they will refund 20% and send more material so that I can fix the dress. This is not acceptable I am not a seamstress. In mY opinion the dress was not cheap, I could have picked a dress up form Myers for roughly the same price. TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
