Ordered a dress from Milly Bridal for my daughter's prom. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to questions through their website. The dress is beautiful. Great quality for a good price. We had to make some alterations to the dress but I had expected this as my daughter is very petite.

So pleased with the dress and in particular the customer service received. Bought as a bridesmaid outfit for wedding late after not finding anything we liked before within budgets. Dress is made to measure and fits perfectly and is stunning - looks better in real life. Due to lateness of me ordering it I have been in regular contact with the company, in particular, Linda. She has always responded within 24 hours and been so helpful and professional, putting up with my multiple emails and questions (sorry Linda!). Highly recommended. Now waiting for wedding dress to arrive and can't wait. Excuse the photo-it arrived and quickly tried on - still has tag visible. Will try and add official wedding pics later.

Dress arrived a lot quicker than expected, wore this dress for prom and had so many compliments, fit me perfectly and didn't need any alterations made. 100% recommend buying occasion dresses from here!

Honestly, the website seemed skeptical at first, however my dress came in on time, approximately 16 days and when I tell you the dress came so beautifully, the quality was amazing and it was just perfect for prom. The price was worth the dress, customer service also responded quickly in less than 24 hours. My experience was amazing.

We tried this dress on in store but needed a size up. We ordered from Couture Candy that same day and it arrived about a week later. It fits perfectly! Would highly recommend this website!

The dresses come from China not from the UK and are awful quality
The wedding dress I ordered looks nothing like the photo. The material of it is awful quality. It was meant to be light and airy and it came big, chunky and heavy. I also gave my exact measurements to have it custom made and paid extra for it but it also came too big in my bust and way too long and I can't return it and they won't refund me for it. Don't order from them!

Ordering swatches and suits- no problem but when they arrived both suits would not zip up to the top of the waistband as the zips jammed at the thicker band of material. This was before I put them on so it wasn't a fitting issue but a tailoring problem.
I took them to a tailor at our dry cleaners and he said that the seamstress should have turned the material (not sure what he meant) and that the zips needed taking out and re setting. A third suit that I had bought in your sale did not have the same problem. The styles and colours were fine and Cinnamon Rose colour is gorgeous!
You offered a 40% refund which should help cover the repairs and I am grateful for your swift reply as I am hoping they will be OK for my daughter's wedding.

I purchased this Prom Dress for my Daughter's School Prom in 2022. The measuring guide on the website is very helpful and the dress was true to size. From ordering to delivery was 4 weeks. Updates by email were great. Would highly recommend and I would use again.

I absolutely love the dress, sadly I ordered it in a bigger size because I usually have problems with sizes, so it was a bit big on me but that's something we can still change. All in all I love the dress so much, the fabric is amazing. If i would have to rate it on a skale of 1 to 10 I would truthfully say 9.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I frankly wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn't even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I've had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Don't waste your time with this sham of a company, £120 down the drain and nothing to show but shabby fabric and rubbish customer service!
