Milly Bridal UK

I bought few pair of shoes from this company. After waiting almost a month for them, tried them on and they didn't fit as they were too small. I sent an email through the website to ask about returning brand new unused item and got a ticket. So I waited some more. I tried to contact someone through Facebook they said they forwarded my email to someone and gave me an email add so waited again. I emailed the address after few days to get a reply that I can't return the shoes as they are perfect size and basically it's my fault for not ordering the right size. This company has no customer service so be ware of them. It's a scam. One star is too much for it.

My daughter looked beautiful in her Prom dress which was an absolutely stunning creation from Milly Bridal. The delicately fitted bodice was fashioned with exquisite lace intertwined with gold sequins and the full voluminous skirt in netting accentuates the shape of the waist. This is a very feminine, fairy tale princess dress guaranteed to ensure that the wearer will look beautiful and undoubtedly has the wow factor which will guarantee that every young girl will look stunning in her Prom; a magical dress to be proud of and treasure. Well done Milly Bridal; you did my daughter proud; she loved the dress and enjoyed her special evening to the maximum.

Disgusted by the quality of the dress we received. The zip was too short so my daughter could not begin get into it even though it had been tailored to her measurements. The fabric was completely creased up and it arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag with no paperwork. The dress has no tags so we don't even know if it is a returned or new garment at all. The hem goes up and down and the binding inside is not fixed so it has bunched up. They say that we are not entitled to a refund and have only offered 15% and yet it is truly not fit for purpose and cannot be worn. We even sent photos as proof of the problem. My daughter was so disappointed and we have had to rush around to find a replacement for her prom. I would NEVER recommend chancing on buying a dress from this site.

Never sure about quality from online sources, but I was pleased with what I got for the price, and how quickly it was delivered. I was also impressed by the range of products available, although there were quite a lot of Jack Sparrows.

I ordered at very short notice, and was very surprised and happy when the outfit was delivered early the next day. (Just as well, as a few minor alterations had to be carried out). The quality of the outfit was excellent, (much better that I'd imagined), and could be adapted to make other outfits in the future. Will definitely use this Company again, and would recommend it to friends.

If I have one negative comment, it's that I can't find the search facility, it could be better. (You have to know exactly what the outfit is called in order to get to it) Otherwise, really pleased.

I bought my daughter's prom dress from Milly's Bridal and found the made to measure element accurate, the colour and sizing as described and the quality fantastic. Even though it was not made in the UK the communication via email was really good with photos of the dress being made sent to me.
The quality is fantastic, and the dress was lined. I went online as nothing in the shops here were quite right and even when you bought the dress you have to pay for it adjusting, hence the made to measure element with Milly Bridal is such a good idea. I would definitely buy from them again.

After buying a custom fit prom dress for my daughter a few years ago which was perfect, my other daughter decided she liked one of the bridal dresses. We ordered it custom fit and it's perfect. She loves it, it's beautiful. We also ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses, all the same but custom fit which are also perfect. It is worth paying the extra few pounds to have it made to size rather than guessing the sizes. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, and brexit, delivery didn't take too long either. Approximately 8 weeks.
I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

I am giving this order a 5 star rating only because the of the total construction of this dress. However, the turn around time from initially paying for the dress until actually receiving my order really does suck. Personally, I think this is an area desperately in need of improvement, but the end result was worth the wait. All I can say is "please don't wait until the last minute to order anything. You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you do."

I stumbled across MillyBridal whilst looking for my prom dress and hadn't looked back, endless styles to choose from. Honestly at first I was quite sceptical as MillyBridal is not widely known, but now I wish I'd come across them sooner than I had. The customer service were always polite and kind through my inquiries and gave prompt and informative responses. The dress... Oh the dress. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality is amazing and the tailored to perfection, fitted perfectly. Amazing retailer.

Quality was great as well as receiving the dresses very quickly! Always received dresses within 4 weeks or earlier from across seas!
