Wedding Tropics

I suppose I should be happy just to have gotten garments I like with some response from Customer Service. And the Wedding Tropics items are excellent quality at good prices. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the answer to a simple question: What exact color is one of the items featured in a photo on the website? Wouldn't think this would require multiple conversations and emails, yet it did.

I am also still waiting for credit on two items that were returned roughly a month ago. You process my payments promptly, and the ordered items arrive in a timely fashion. Should be no different with credits for returned merchandise!

Keli Smith of Wedding Tropics has been wonderful to work with. We had some late-in-process orders for my daughter's beach wedding, and Keli talked me through style options and delivery times. She promptly resolved an issue that arose, and my 2 orders both arrived earlier than expected (hugely appreciated during this busy time!). The attire is perfect for the big day, and the customer service has been stellar. Highly recommend!

The shirt is beautiful, but it arrived damaged from packaging. I'm having a difficult time receiving a Return Label.

I received 2 pants and 2 shirts. When ordering it has you label your order if it's custom with a name Nothing was labeled when it arrived. How am I supposed to know who it's for unless I take it out and have them try everything thing on until everything gets the best fit? Granted, I only ordered 2 sets. But what happens when someone orders 10?

I ordered my shirt roughly a week before I had to fly out for a wedding, it arrived just in time for my flight. I was a little skeptical at first, but they came through for me. I chose standard shipping and entered the date I was flight out for the wedding. I did have a backup shirt, however my Wedding Tropics shirt, not only arrived in time, but looked great! I'd gladly purchase again from this company.

The shirt is beautiful and nice quality. Customer service was very helpful in correcting my order to get exactly what I needed for my sisters wedding.

I had trouble trying to get my inseam measurement placed on my Linen pant order. Kevin Baldwin from your staff called me very quickly and explained how you get tailoring done on the website. He was very helpful and I am a now happy customer. I have talked to several family wedding members who have also ordered Linen shirts and Linen pants from Weeding Tropics and all are pleased with the quality and pricing for your clothing. All items received in a timely manner. I was quickly informed on an item that ended up out of stock item. I was unable to decide on a replacement while on the call. They were flexible and refunded the amount so I could choose another item when my schedule allowed. That item showed up quickly and in time for our trip. Will definitely shop again.

Ordered a shirt and pants for our wedding, my fiance loved them! Customer service was great as well. I didn't realize the shirts we bought were non refundable so they walked me through which shirts were similar so we could return the ones that didn't work and order the actual one for the wedding. Super happy we found them!

Bought linen pants for my mother to wear at my wedding. Arrived in a timely manner, very well made, fit well. Only issue is the button hole is sewn too small to get the button through, but we just cut the hole larger with a knife. Easy fix. Overall, very happy!

The company charges a return fee. My bad for not checking before placing the order. I would've took my business elsewhere. Most companies that offer online orders offer free returns in order to keep the customer coming back. I returned an item. Was charged $10.50 for it and had to reach out to the company after not receiving my refund several weeks later.

I bought a dress, garment bag and slip for my daughters wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use regarding navigation of the site and found the perfect dress more or less straight away. My daughter gave me options to steer clear of relating to her colour palette and I found a beautiful satin dress that exudes class and elegance for an affordable price. I decided on which 3 colours I would prefer and consulted her and we came to an agreement of blushing pink. My only negative is the on screen swatches are tiny so you have to take a leap of faith. As a fuller figured woman of a certain age I knew I wanted something that was both tea-length and flattering to my shape and the dress I ordered is perfect. I cannot stress enough how easy the site is or the selection of gowns/colours to pick from. The 5* rating is because of ease of use, beautiful dresses for everyone, price and the ability to speak with someone who is more than happy and who goes completely out of their way to help you get exactly what you want.

After having some concerns about an order placed and the fabric quality, Kevin contacted me immediately resolving the issue and reassuring me of the material characteristics of the linen.
