I was nervous about fit. Ordered on a Sunday, and they called me to make sure my concerns were resolved!
Pants came and were exactly as advertised... love the feel and look... ver comfortable!
I have to order this shirt for a wedding and it didn't show up. Tried to contact wedding tropics on multiple occasions and finally got through to someone via email who was not helpful. I now have to order this shirt for a second time and it doesn't seem like USPS is going to reimburse me for the first missing item. I will never order another item from this company due to the disgraceful customer service.
We waited a long time to get this shirt (which is very nice), but it is much too big. Since all boys shirts are considered custom orders even though it was a standard style with no changes, it can't be returned and our only option is to order a smaller size and hope for the best. This has gotten to be a very expensive shirt.
Make sure you order the right size the first time, because if you need to exchange it, you will wind up paying half of the cost of the item to accomplish that. We bought a $60 shirt from here, had to exchange it for a different size and in the end wound up paying $33 in total shipping costs. They charged me $6 for the return label, had to buy a padded envelope to ship it back for $3, then twice was charged $12 in shipping. Never again.

Shipping costs are not free. Maybe your complaint of high shipping costs due to your mistake of ordering the wrong size should be directed to the shipping companies?
It came on time, pants look very nice, but it's the smallest 33 inch pants that I have, very tight in the waist.Maybe when you order you might have to get a size bigger, not see if they all run that way. Might have to get down to a 32 inch waist to fit my 33 inch pants
When it comes to pants, it depends on what brand you wear. If you measure your waist, you would be very surprised to find how large it actually is. We add 2.5 to 3" onto our waist sizes (albeit you ordered a slim fit which will reduce the waist approx. 0.5" to 1") which aligns us with a larger percentage of US brands. Some add as much as 5 to 6 inches. For this reason, we ask in multiple places on the site to please measure your waist. Pls send me a message and we can help get it resolved.
I had 5 people, groom, groomsmen and father of the bride, order these pants for my wedding. The sizes were completely wrong when they arrived. The pants we ordered for a 6 foot 250 pound man fit better on a 5'5 190 pound man and vice versa. We had to order more pairs and swap them around with everyone to make it work. This was NOT our mistake in ordering since they were all off on the sizes and the company would not help us out. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
Hi Jenna, Sorry this happened to you and your party. I was trying to look on your order history and only saw orders from late 2019 and early 2020, could not discern what happened. Would like to understand what happened exactly and try to make it right for you somehow but again see nothing at all that was recent and only 2 pairs of pants ordered, a M and L in two orders. I tried to call but it went straight to VM. Please give me a call at 760-315-5559.

The pants were not true to size. Wanted to exchange for a different size and unfortunately, you must return the pants and then wait to get credited before purchasing another pair. Returned it a week ago and still don't have a credit.
I apologize about the credit, but as we state in our policy it can take up to 14 days. We use a slow shipping method to keep costs down and processing also takes time. I will check on the status of your return... True to size or not is dependent on the brand you wear. We match our sizing with the popular approximately 80% or so out there, but cannot match everyone.
Pants are really nice and the shirt is nice too, but it fit me too big
Great experience, fast shipping. Bought for a wedding in Colombia and I think I will be cool and comfortable and fit right in.

Ordering seemed easy, however beware not to have anything in the "design it" drop down even if there is no alterations or customizations you can't return it.
