I have ordered three pairs trying to dial in the right fit and make some mistakes along the way. Most people will have the same problem and get discouraged. If you could figure out how to make it easier for people to create the custom cut they seek, you would sell more.

Ordering custom clothes on line makes me nervous. But MYOJ made me comfortable about my order with great communication and a straightforward order process. The result was a gorgeous and perfect fit garment. I'll be ordering again for certain.

I was going to order three items but decided to order one to make sure I had got the measurements right, as soon as the first arrive I ordered the other two within twenty-four hours. The delivery time was a little longer than I was expecting, but very happy with the end result.

It may take a couple of times before you have fine tuned your mesurementsand I mean fine tune, they will be right you can just adjust by 0.5cm at a time allowing you to be in control, but when you do its smooth sailing all the way

I am a frequent customer. So happy I can get my jeans cut to my liking at MYOJ. But there are no very light denim colours available anymore … in years. Like Iceblue, non-stretch. Same for Chinos, just three colours in non-stretch.

I order a lot of clothes through you, and have been doing so for many years. Loyal customer here. Almost every time I order there is something out of stock (that didn't show on website is out of stock). That makes it more frustrating to deal with. Price competitiveness has come down over the years with lots of other options. No discounts for loyalty or inconvenience, that's not great. Over to you guys.

I ordered 2 pair of leather pants over 5 years ago. The pants are still in excellent shape and wear GREAT! I had to get more colors...

I have been buying denims and business pants from MYOJ since 2014. I have placed 8 orders ranging from 1 to 5 items per order. Once I had my measurements worked out the products are made according to it and fit very well. Fabric quality and durability is generally very good. I wear my denims almost daily until they fall apart.
Would not mind if MYOJ can modernise their website a bit.

I'd spent time looking at the jeans on this site and finally purchased some. They arrived after a few weeks and the fit was perfect. I'm getting 2 more pairs now.

I'm a weird size, and struggle with finding pants that fit me. Getting the have them custom made isn't overly expensive, and they fit so well! I ordered some non-stretch jeans and 1% stretch jeans. I love that they withheld the second pair until I could confirm the order fits. No worries there. I'm ordering a pair of chino's today!

I only had two issues in over 15 years. This order was received within 30 days, and I just placed another today and hope the shipping is as fast.

In the past, even going to a Tailor, it took a month for alterations to come back for the perfect pair of jeans. But being able to measure myself, then send those measurements and get jeans back in less than four weeks? Amazing! Thank you. I just ordered two more pair!
