This will be the third time I have ordered from here. The first time I did not even receive my order. This second time the pants were too short, and now this third time I am now changing measurements.
I had ordered some pants in the fall of 2024-- I have heard good things about the company and thought I would give them a shot. (this is going to be my second time giving them a shot)-- when I was set to receive my shipment, it said the courier could not deliver the item. I was not sure as to why this happened so I reached out to MYOJ and told them the situation-- in turn, they did not have much to say. They offered a 5% discount for pants they had already made and were sent back to them, for me to purchase all over again
I had a size problem and was discussing it with the companyand then I noticed I was sent the wrong style of jeans. I said you sent the wrong style of jeans and I sent photos! And no one at the company will respond to me now. It's very unprofessional and disappointing.
They ask for specific measurement info when you order the "Fix" option and I'm hopeful that'll all turn out!
Had a huge problem understanding how to take my measurements as described in their information. Having measured to the best of my ability the jeans sent to me did not fit me as I expected. Can not wear the incorrect fit.
I have been buying denims and business pants from MYOJ since 2014. I have placed 8 orders ranging from 1 to 5 items per order. Once I had my measurements worked out the products are made according to it and fit very well. Fabric quality and durability is generally very good. I wear my denims almost daily until they fall apart.
Would not mind if MYOJ can modernise their website a bit.
I have bought numerous pants from MYOJ over the years and have been happy with the fit and quality of their products.
Usually like the jeans but I never know what I will get in terms of fabric. Sometimes way too light and very stretchy other times heavier. Overall after washing several times they end up working out

For a LONG time now, I have struggled to find jeans that fit, and did NOT contain spandex! Being able to customize jeans to your liking is DEFINITELY the way to go!
