Has anyone had to return the jean because of fit ? If so is there a restocking fee? Thanks

They do not take returns. Even if they mess up you have to pay return shipping, and upon approval, they will fix the issue. They have certain fabrics that are fit guarantee, but it seems like you're out of luck if they are hideous or don't fit right. I just emailed pictures of the 2 inch error in the waist of a pair of jeans I ordered I don't have high hopes for any resolution, I think I am out the money. I will stick with store bought jeans from reputable stores with good return policies, Or thrift store jeans.

They won't remake no matter what.
Me: Jeans too long.
MYOJ: Well, that's in case they shrink.
Me: Already wanted and dried 3 times and they're still too long.
MYOJ: Take them to a tailor.
ME: Also, knees are too big.
MYOJ: You should've mentioned important measurements when you ordered. You can take them to a tailor.
Me: Oh. Scammers. Never do business with them again.

Ordered black jeans and got blue. They don't know the difference between black and blue. No refund and no exchange. Their mistake and you are screwed! The have been reported and I will get my credit card reimbursed. Stay away!
