Unable to exchange pants/shirt due return policy not being clear when ordering

After speaking with Kevin, the issue was resolved and a solution was offered. Kevin provided excellent customer service and listened to my concerns regarding the return/exchange policy when ordering.

I ordered a short sleeve Bradford shirt for a wedding. When I received the shirt I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric. The color is stunning! I was also surprised at how quickly it arrived.

Important to order a waist size smaller than normal. As I did not have enough time to return them before my trip I've had to spend $287 to have them altered.
