I ordered a pair of rain boots and they arrived damaged. There are several stains that cannot be cleaned or removed. Sad because I was excited until I saw them 😩

I received my package all individually sealed in their own plastic bag and everything fit perfectly. I was really pleased.

I ordered a hat that turned out to be too big - apparently, the size chart did not correspond to this particular item. I initiated a return and exchange for a smaller size and before the returned hat even reached the company, I had received the replacement hat! Amazing service! Easy to navigate site, but not many choices from Hickory Creek or that meet the parameters of the product I was looking for. However, my husband loves the belt I ordered. It is a good value for the price.

It took longer than expected for the belt to arrive, but it apparently got hung up in the US Postal Service system. When it arrived, too small. Contacted BeltOutlet by email and within 5 minutes they responded, are sending the right size, and sent a prepaid USPS label for the return. Very pleasant customer service and communication

Variety and selection
Tried to access and order on desktop pc but the website wasn't working. I could never get it to take me to men's web belts, so no i have to use my phone to order and the screen is not very big

Only reason I didn't give four stars is because there was one more belt I wanted and it was sold out in my size
Can't find hardly any double prong or double hole (or whatever the correct terminology is) belts locally that aren't more than what I paid for both of these. Walmart used to sell one I liked ok but i hate walmart with a passion and only shop there because I live at near poverty level
Site offers good variety of name-brand products. Size I ordered was too large, and I was able to exchange it easily for just a shipping fee. The delivery time is a bit longer than I would have expected, but hey, one can't have everything.

I gave a four star rating because they are asking for a review after I already reviewed. I specifically asked them how to review because I loved the red, white, and navy suspenders so much. I have since bought four more pairs. They are only elastic on the back section below the leather connection. They look very patriotic. The clips lock tightly.

So meghan cx service supervisor contacted me refunded the shiping costs. I now have the jacket i ordered. It did take close to a month to get the package but overall I am satisfied with the quality of the jacket. Fits perfectly.

Terrible the material flaked off. Now I have a pink belt I can't wear. The material just flaked off. Very cheap. Wasted money. Other two look somewhat better but still haven't worn. Disappointed
