I was happily surprised that the shoes were a PERFECT FIT and are SO comfortable! Got lots of raves about the shoes and the top. The top is a bit long for my tastes, but I can alter it!

Tutto quello che ho acquistato risponde alla descrizione fornita.
Le spedizioni sono state molto veloci, solo un ritardo di una settimana sulla consegna prevista per l'abito blu.
Sono soddisfatta perché Tutto è molto bello

La consegna degli ordini è lunga, almeno qui in Italia, poi per effettuare un reso, bisogna spedire a proprie spese i capi in Asia e non conviene assolutamente: praticamente con questa politica si "INCORAGGIA" il cliente a non fare resi.
Loro ti offrono o un buono da utilizzare nel prossimo acquisto oppure un importo ridicolo come rimborso.
Posso però dire che i capi sono di qualità superiore alla media.

J'ai posé une question avant d'acheter une toile de 60X120, sans encadrement.

Comme je vais faire l'encadrement moi même, j'ai demandé de combien de centimètres la toile il y avait en plus, pour savoir si j'en avais assez pour poser les agrafes.

AUCUNE REPONSE.

J'irai donc voir ailleurs.

Zero stars an option. I purchased a coat for trip to paris from this company. After waiting three weeks for it to be delivered i arrived home to find the item thrown in my driveway only about 18 inches from the street. Took the item into my house to open it, and immediately, I noticed a rip under the lapel of the collar. Many emails back and forth with them offering me multiple discount that I refuse ( a damage Item is no bargain. No matter how much they give you off. They told me it should cost no more than 10 to $20.To shift the item back, it cost me $66. Now, three weeks later, i'm still waiting for the item to arrive at which time I will have to wait another 2-4 weeks for my refund. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from this company

I ordered 3 items. I was given a range of delivery dates. They missed the dates, and the items were no longer needed. THEY said... accept the package, don't reject it and THEN fill out the return information --- I SHOULD HAVE REJECTED THE DELIVERY. When I followed their request, they informed me that RETURNING THE ITEMS WILL COST 50% of the value paid for the items... making RETURNING ITEMS STUPID. (they "offered" a 10% discount on future purchases, equally useless)

Men XXL has the same length than XL had to bring it to Taylor had to pay as much as trousers did cost!

Everything I have ordered and received so far has been completely satisfactory. Even if the delivery sometimes takes a little longer. I will remain loyal to the company.
