La consegna degli ordini è lunga, almeno qui in Italia, poi per effettuare un reso, bisogna spedire a proprie spese i capi in Asia e non conviene assolutamente: praticamente con questa politica si "INCORAGGIA" il cliente a non fare resi.
Loro ti offrono o un buono da utilizzare nel prossimo acquisto oppure un importo ridicolo come rimborso.
Posso però dire che i capi sono di qualità superiore alla media.

Comme je vais faire l'encadrement moi même, j'ai demandé de combien de centimètres la toile il y avait en plus, pour savoir si j'en avais assez pour poser les agrafes.

Zero stars an option. I purchased a coat for trip to paris from this company. After waiting three weeks for it to be delivered i arrived home to find the item thrown in my driveway only about 18 inches from the street. Took the item into my house to open it, and immediately, I noticed a rip under the lapel of the collar. Many emails back and forth with them offering me multiple discount that I refuse ( a damage Item is no bargain. No matter how much they give you off. They told me it should cost no more than 10 to $20.To shift the item back, it cost me $66. Now, three weeks later, i'm still waiting for the item to arrive at which time I will have to wait another 2-4 weeks for my refund. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from this company

I ordered 3 items. I was given a range of delivery dates. They missed the dates, and the items were no longer needed. THEY said... accept the package, don't reject it and THEN fill out the return information --- I SHOULD HAVE REJECTED THE DELIVERY. When I followed their request, they informed me that RETURNING THE ITEMS WILL COST 50% of the value paid for the items... making RETURNING ITEMS STUPID. (they "offered" a 10% discount on future purchases, equally useless)

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
