I was looking for items to complete our Halloween costumes and they had item I couldn't find anywhere. The shipping takes some time but the items arrived within the window provided at time of ordering.
Usually good, occasionally sizes incorrect, if print on a shirt looks shiny in the picture it is not but I know that so that's not a problem. Most jewellery is not very good, though some is nice. Bought a few things that were described as silver with stone and that's what it looked like in the picture but it was very, very cheap metal with plastic, the pictures were of completely different items, the real thing looked nothing like that. So, in general I would say: Don't buy their jewellery
This order hasn't arrived yet, it is too early for that but my experience with Lightinthebox has been very good so far. If it hadn't been good I would have stopped ordering, the only thing I don't trust is their description of jewellery, that is often incorrect. Other than that I am very happy with Lightinthebox.
An incorrect item was sent but they solved the problem so my experience with Lightinthebox is still positive and I will continue to recommend it to others.
Usually good, only so-called silver with so-called stone was very cheap metal and plastic, not buying jewellery from them again
Occasionally sizes aren't accurate and if prints seem sparkly they're not. Once you know that it's fine.

I put so many clothes and also shoes into the bin and mentioned this so many times, but nothing really happened, only Blabla. Bpost has "lost" my package voluntarily or not we would never know about it. But, Light in the Box help me as much as they can and, as we didn't find the package they refund me immediately my payment. Very happy they do that spontaneously.

I have ordered several times (men's and women's clothes) and everything went great. The products are from good quality and the prices are great. One product could not be delivered because of such a great demand- so I was offered to cancel the order and get a refund or to change the order to another product. I changed to another cheaper product and received the remaining money as a refund. The order and payment is trustworthy. The delivery is reliable.

LITB offers a wide variety of itemsof very reasonable quality against a very acceptable price.
I've done business with LITB for an extensive period of years and have yet to be disappointed.
I'm being updated about the status of my order on a regular basis.
I have been doing business with LightIinTheBox for a number of years and have never been disappointed. All in all I have found the quality, prices, sales conditions and delivery times of the products offered certainly very acceptable.
The item I ordered was of poor quality, and the colour differed from that advertised online. I complained and was offered varying amounts of 'credits' to my account if I kept the item. I asked for a full refund as the item was not fit for purpose and I was mis-sold.
I am still in dispute with the company, trying to resolve this issue. This is my first order, and I will never place a future one. Avoid purchasing anything from 'Lightinthebox' They have no customer service, and if you need to return any items, you have to post them to Asia your own cost!

Saw a beautiful jacket and ordered an Xl in beige. When I tried it on the jacket fitted at the back, the arm length was perfect. Only the jacket was far too wide and the colour wasn't as in the picture. When I wanted to return this item to China, I had to take care of it myself.
LightInTheBox was very kind to help me out of this unhappy matter: I can keep the jacket and I will be refunded.
My trust is back and I am very happy with this solution.
The jacket will be donated to a person with a handicap.

I ordered this dress in size large, it fit but was just a little tight, I returned for an exchange for the XL. It was a fast exchange process and the XL fit. The dress is exactly as pictured, beautiful and good quality! I should have looked at the sizing chart before ordering. It definitely is true to size off of their chart.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
