After a order ive got a bikini who didn t fit now normal size and de size L was realy very smal a child of 10 years wouldnt fit i orderd also another bikini and costumerservice they changed for me the size from L in XL and this bikini was good normal size thank you!

The quality of the product was good but the measurements are different than Greece. The dress was not fitted well. I needed smaller size. The LightinTheBox proposed me to keep it and to fix it by myself and they will provided to me a 30% discount of the product's price, which I never received.
The quality of the products is bad and it is difficult, to get a contact to the customer service
This toy is OK generally. But the movements of its are very different to the movies version. And one more, it is very noisy - the switcher of sound would be recommended.

I ordered a top and pants. I measured very accurately. The product was several inches less than advertised and didn't fit. They have not offered a full refund and they required me to take pictures showing the problem. The pictures show the advertised measurements and the actual measurements.
As yet, I have not heard back from them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It takes a long time to get my items to Holland. The quality was good, but i hate waiting that long for recieving my order. When you see in track and trace it is sent off/ leaving store, then you will think it starts to Come to Holland. But it will stad in China for quiet a long time behoren it leaves the country.
De kwaliteit van de producten is goed, maar levering mag van mij wel iets sneller gebeuren. Vanaf het moment dat het het magazijn en de luchthaven van export verlaat tot bezorging duurt het nog bijna een week eer het pakket is bezorgd.
Mooie producten van goede kwaliteit en ook de kleuren blijven mooi en helder. Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn truien. Ook mijn moeder is zeer tevreden met haar huispakken. BEDANKT!
The garment with a blouse and pants with a matching print has considerably good quality. The material is a bit heavy and probably, suitable for autumn or spring. It will be a long lasting garment, available even after my lifetime

TheBox. There has been some hiccups in my experience until things got more understood with the ordering process and the product quality expectations as I ordered merchandise from this company. Overall my experience has been fairly good. However I do think and know that their shipping costs are through the roof HIGH! And the rewards we receive are very low. Kind concerns, fcl

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
