I'm a big fan of the side clip suspenders anyway, and these are real pretty especially because of the bondage-looking connectors in the back. The adjustment clips stay where they're supposed to stay and the elastic feels high-quality.
I ordered express mail and it still took a week. So I am disappointed because it seems as I spent more money for nothing! As far as the product I did get what I ordered so with that I'm satisfied
The order was easy; I want to exchange the items for a different size and the auto mated system will not work for one of the items; states the item isn't eligible for exchange.
I emailed for help and have not hear back as of now.
My order arrived faster that I expected. The issue was that 3 of the items I had paid for were not included. I requested that I be given a merch credit, as I would be needing more belts. To which I promptly notice that they refunded my original payment source. I'm impressed.

I asked for them to carefully pack the hat with some kind of protection, but it was just a $60 hat bumping around in a box with only a bag over it. So it had a dent in the crown that will not go away. This was a gift to a long lost brother i never met. Thanks alot!
I ordered a pair of rain boots and they arrived damaged. There are several stains that cannot be cleaned or removed. Sad because I was excited until I saw them 😩

Part of the purchase was coming from mfg in US. Since it is hand made, it was delayed. Cust. Service rep was pokite and informative.
They even sent me 2 notifications to ask if merch was delivered yet. The 1st time they sent the email was before it even shipped.

I avoid amazon whenever possible because they put these smaller companies out of business.

I paid for expedited service so that it would arrive before Christmas, but it arrived after Christmas. Had I known it would not arrive on time, I would not have paid the extra money. I believe it was $20.
