I returned two items in one box. Only refunded for one item. Fought this thru my CC Finally got refunded the money from ZARA, but also got banned from ordering from ZARA because I didn't drop the dispute! Seriously?! I ordered and spent way too much with ZARA for them to treat me like that! I too will be looking for a new place for my shopping addiction! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Their website chat and phone customer service were a total joke. The chat window constantly froze and un-typable and their phone customer service would put you on hold and disconnect you when it's picked up. It's been THREE DAYS. Their clothing quality was also ridiculous. I only ordered 9 items but 3 out of them arrived damaged. They didn't even inspect their products before shipping. Though I like some of their clothing styles and their size measurements online were quite helpful, I am discouraged about making another online purchase due to this terrible experience. (And I haven't resolved my return case yet)
Today approximately 12 noon a representative from Zara appears to be racially abusive towards my family and I during our time here in the Virginia location. My daughters were treated with disrespect from this representative. I have my receipt that shows her identification number. I visited this Zara store today to return a purchase I made just yesterday. Unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the store manager. Not only was she unprofessional and rude, but she also falsely claimed that we had spoken the day before, which was untrue—it was my first time seeing her.
To make matters worse, she refused to process my return, insisting that I had removed the tag, which I had not done. I had the receipt and followed the return policy, yet I was met with unfair treatment and unnecessary accusations.
This experience was both disappointing and frustrating. Zara, as a global brand, should ensure that its staff provide respectful customer service and adhere to fair return practices. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent such treatment in the future.
Recently I purchased the Klappbarer Transparenter Regenschirm and, unfortunately, after only a few uses (fewer than 10 times), it no longer functions properly. The umbrella struggles to fully open or close, which is very disappointing given its initial quality. I expected better durability from this product.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
Yesterday I drove 20 minutes to make a return and because their system wasn't updating, I was unable to return the clothes. I bought the clothes online 4 days ago! I asked the manager if they are going to pay for the interest my credit card is incurring while I wait for their systems to update my order.
Today I called Customer Service and spoke to some lazy rep who couldn't transfer me to Supervisor nor provide me with FREE shipping label. No, I have to pay to return the clothes.
So my time wasn't valuable? The wasted gas to drive to the store? The $600 worth of clothes I just bought is ALL going back. Never will I shop at ZARA.
If i can i will give -10stars, sending a return items with a new order, this is not professional at all, and when complaining, you just offer a replacement that it will be delivered 4-5 days, and i need to go to drop off [point to do the return of the return item that you included in my package! No costumer service, no professional package check, nothing was given from ZARA to satisfy the costumer! So disappointed, wont redemand your services to anyone, you just spoil my day and time, i was planning to gift that package, But Surprise! If anyone from Zara is reading this review, please take action on order number *******2282. The order was charged to my card but after 2 months I still have not received the order. Very disappointed with my favorite brand! The customer service I contacted 5 times is simply useless.
Zara has the worst customer service. I placed an order worth USD100 and the order was not delivered to me. I made 5 calls, still they refused to resolve the issue with refund or replacement for the order. I was a customer spending average USD150-200 on Zara clothing each month, now I must stop and switch.
Please don't get your money stuck with them.
It is completely impossible to speak with anyone at Zara's, spoke on line 6 times and not one person could resolve a very simple matter - incredulous! Meantime I am without my order ( which apparently does not exist And the money from my account which I checked with my bank has been taken although Zara seem to think it hasn't. I purchased a large order of children's clothing online. I live in a state where there is no brick and mortar store. It took a few days for my order to arrive. We tried on the clothing and some of the items did not work. I went today to return them only to have the website. Tell me that I was past the 30 day window. I have come to find out that I am past, the date in which Zara shipped the clothes, but I am still within my 30 days of receiving the clothes. I called the company to see about how I go about this return as I am still within 30 days of receiving the clothes and just one day past the third day mark of the clothes being shipped. I was told by a very unhelpful customer service representative that there was nothing that he could do and that he had no supervisor to contact or way to make an exception. I reached out via the chat and communicated with a different customer service representative who was more And processed a request. I have just received an email saying they will not make an exception and that I am just sorely out of luck. I have never had such a revolting customer service experience. I have been a loyal Zara shopper But they will lose a customer because apparently they do not value customer service in the least. I have never had a more inflexible retail situation. I would strongly caution you not to order Their quality has suffered in the last several years, and there are several items that you may need to return and with such an inflexible return policy that may be now impossible. I am greatly disappointed, and they have lost my money, loyalty, and good opinion of their company.
Zara's customer service agents are very curt. However in my experience, they will eventually get things done if you hassle them for long enough. Their products are good quality - which is an expectation of mine, given the price. If you're hesitant about purchasing, don't. They make returns and replacements arduous.
Such a good clothes until you facing issue with an order. Customer service in US is poor! Several time I was told to contact them later, and then it turned out that it was too late and nothing could be done.
We purchased some boots for our daughter this Christmas in late November. Christmas day she opened the box, but the boots were too small. Size 6 is what she has always worn. We called Zara right after Christmas to exchange for the next size up. They would not ever consider it since it was over 30 days barely but over 30. We are stuck with poorly sized boots which I now read in reviews is quite common with Zara along with their terrible return policy. Who would ever buy a gift from this miserable establishment. Seems they just don't care. Well, there is one family that will never purchase anything from these rascals again.
This was my first time, I have ever shopped from Zara,, bad experience,, totally most exceedingly terrible quality,, I purchased shoes of Rs. 2500, a 10 days prior however it got torn from one side the shoes foam get isolated from shoes sole.and simply bear just 4-6 times. What's more, I can't make trade and return now. The name Zara is high however they don't offer such high caliber.
I am in the line for a long time second floor valley fare mall San Jose. Out of three different locations registers only one open and out of three only one person present. Should be nine persons in 3 areas. They gave it close just look good fir show but nit serving customers.

Zara notified me that they refuse to accept the return and sent it back in early July. This was a very unexpected situation because I have been waiting for a long long time to get the refund! I called Zara 3 times in the last 2 weeks. There have been no updates until now! Also, all three customer service agents I spoke to sound reluctant to care about my problem at all. They sound tired or sleepy which is very unprofessional. I would never buy anything from Zara from now on. I recommend you to find elsewhere to buy fashion products.
