So I decide to show you my dress here. I do not know why all these reviews here are that bad. Everything I have got from Millybridal is perfect. Their customer service is kind and professional. She answers my questions quickly. I also got conformation emails( more than one) and shipment tracking info. Very professional. Isn't it?
I love my dress and Millybridal. They really save me a lot. As a student, I do not have too much for one dress. They also give me a coupon after I ask them for help. Highly recommend their prom dresses with sparkling beads.

I have ordered my 2 wedding dresses at Milly Bridal, 1 for the ceremony and second for party (more comfortable). Both were of very good quality. Yes it is true that it is not identical to picture but they recreate very realistically. I am satisfied with result and very happy that I saved huge amount of money. Customer service need improvement though.
Ordered my daughters prom dress and then read the reviews and went into panic mode especially after the delivery date of 19/06/17 came and went I honestly thought my £145 was down the drain. However it was delivered on the 30/6/17 got plenty of tracking notifications and I have to say the dress was stunning my daughter looked gorgeous at half the price of the prom dresses she tried on in shops. All I will say is order at least 2 sizes bigger than you need and allow extra delivery time. Well worth the stress.
I ordered my wedding dress from them. Asked for changing the neckline and to pin up the train. They confirmed they can do it with no problem. It arrived on time, neckline has been changed as I asked for but the dress is far too long and the train is super long too. No pin up for my train. I contacted them twice to ask about the train, no news from them.
The dress is beautiful! It is as depicted in the picture. It is a gorgeous deep blue, and hangs just right! The neckline is probably a little too big to as a cowl neck should, but it is lined and I wont have to worry about people seeing down the front!

Dress was not as advertised and the firm refused to take it back after several email exchanges they offered 25% of the purchase price. I would recommend you look for other options rather than using millybridal.
I ordered this dress in custom measurements and it fits like a glove! Was nervous about ordering my wedding gown online but it's literally perfect! And, I love that the material is much lighter weight than most in-store gowns. Best decision! Customer service was very attentive and helpful! Would definitely recommend.
Measured my bridesmaid and ordered a standard size according to her measurements. The dress is far too small. It doesn't even cover her back. I've asked for a return address 3 times and have been ignored. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
Unfortunately need to return dress as daughter felt it was significantly different to that in the photos. Emailed them same evening we received the dress. Emailed twice again next day. Got what looked like an automated reply with a 'ticket number ' asking for reasons and photos. Sent this 2 days ago. Two further emails yesterday and no reply. I had my doubts about this company before I ordered but my daughter loved a dress on their website. Am hoping eventually to get a refund but they seem to make it difficult. Will update if service improves!
Received these dresses much sooner than expected. Colour is just like in the picture and great quality. I asked for custom measurements and they are spot on with minor alterations which was to be expected. Could not be happier. Best of all was MillyBridal. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, despite my constant questions which could have been annoying! Will certainly be ordering from her again. Definitely recommend :)
Very pretty and exactly as pictured! Took about a month to get here so as many of the other reviews have stated, take the time consideration and order in advance. It was a bit longer than i anticipated, even with my heels on. Good quality though!
I have recently bought a prom dress from Milly UK. Do not be fooled. The stuff comes from China. They will scam you into spending £20 extra for a guaranteed delivery date which makes no difference. So, dress arrived in a plastic bag. The bag was torn. There's oil on the dress and they are refusing to communicate with me. £200 of hard earned cash just wasted. Please do not make the same mistake! My daughter needed a long white dress for high school graduation. This one fits perfectly and is so beautiful. MillyBridal was one of the best websites I have used. So many choices, colors, great measuring instructions, and timely delivery. Very professional from start to finish. Oh and the price is what brought us here!

I ordered the Sheath/Column Scoop Neck Sequined Short Sleeve Backless Bridesmaid Dress in a standard size 8. The dress arrived later than stated and I had to chase them. When it arrived, the quality was poor and fits badly. Capped sleeves have no give so it is not possible to lift your arms and there was excess material at the lower back. They refused to offer a refund stating 'custom made' when previously noting it was 'standard sizing', ridiculous. They have no contact number for assistance so all communication is via email. Terrible customer service, just awful. Do not use this site. Avoid at all costs!
