After being told by customer service agent Nick that I needed to return all product for a full refund, when clearly I had already used most of the product, as well as that not being the true definition of a money back guarantee, Nicole reached out to me and issued a full refund. While I can't recommend MCT Wellness due to not experiencing any changes while using the product, I can say that Gundry MD stands behind their product. Thank you, Gundry MD.

Product didn't work, and the 90 day money back guarantee is a scam

I wanted to try the MCT Wellness product. I ended up ordering four jars (they try to hook you in for more jars after you start to shop). After using two of them, I contact Gundry MD about the lack of results. There was no improvement in my energy level, my digestion, my sleep quality, or my ability to lose weight. The customer service person, Carlos, told me to keep using the product until closer to the expiration of the 90-day guarantee. I figured, OK, I'll keep trying it, thinking that I would still get a full refund. Then, when I contacted them again--and by this time, I was into the fourth jar--I was told that I only receive a refund for unused product. So, a marketing scam. If I was to buy one jar and use it up, and told them it didn't work, there is no refund. Beware of their deceptive marketing practices.

Tip for consumers:
They say they have a 90-day money back guarantee but this is untrue.

I'm a Verizon customer. I received a notice (interestingly, 2 days after the changes went into effect) that Asurion was increasing their rates for multiple devices, four or more, from $50 a month to $60 a month. That's a 20% increase. And Asurion has such high deductibles, there's no way they are losing any money. A 10% increase would have been more reasonable and fair. We personally have never made a claim. I'm strongly considering canceling my device insurance by Asurion.

I recently purchased one of their original pillows, highly rated on the Internet. I realized that I had bought one back in 2018, and as far as I know the process had gone well. First, I used the new pillow last night for the first time, and I had a great night's sleep! No headache or neck ache, very comfortable. The three stars is for the service this time. When I made the online purchase, I advertently scheduled it to be delivered to my daughter's old address in San Diego instead of my own home in Orange County. I called and spoke to Aubrey (or Audrey?). She was very nice and assured me she would make sure that the destination address was changed. The next day I received a UPS email stating the pillow was to go to the San Diego address. I called and spoke to Aubrey again and she assured me that the pillow was going to the correct address, stating "I have your back". Subsequent emails indicated that the pillow did indeed go to San Diego and an attempted delivery was made without success and the pillow was being "returned to sender". I called and spoke to Aubrey a third time and she told me a replacement pillow was being sent out to the correct address. When I mentioned that I received UPS emails saying that the first pillow went to San Diego, she said "Don't worry about that" and reiterated that a replacement had been sent out. The next day I received a UPS email saying that the second shipment was headed to San Diego (again) I called and spoke to Aubrey a fourth time and she assured me the pillow was going to my address in Orange County. A subsequent UPS email indicated the correct address and I received the pillow yesterday, May 17th, 6 business days after my order (supposed to be delivered within 2-4 business days). In summary, seems like it will be a great pillow for me but the ordering process was a bit frustrating. They also don't seem to answer when you email them. I sent at least two regarding this matter. No reply.

Tip for consumers:
I suspect that if I had put the correct address to begin with, the shipping process would have gone off without a hitch.

I have been with Republic for 6 years, ever since moving up from San Diego to Orange County. There have been multiple missed pick ups, usually for recycling. This week they missed again. Sometimes when they don't come on our normal pick up day, Wednesday, they will come Thursday. By Thursday afternoon no pick up. I called and spoke with a female agent who scheduled me for Friday. By Friday evening no pick up so I called and spoke to agent Larry who said that I was scheduled for pick up that day but in case they didn't come he would schedule me for the next available pick up, Monday. Monday is two days away from the next pick up cycle. Disappointed.

I purchased Pfister products for my kitchen remodel over 5 years ago. Faucet and soap dispenser. Well, the soap dispenser head came off of the pump mechanism and I wanted to replace it. So I reached out on their website.

I ended up having the send multiple emails with pictures to clarify the problem and the product number. I felt I was quite specific and explicit about what my problem and need was, However, some of the Pfister agents did not seem to understand. In fact, in one case I felt that hadn't even read my email.

They finally identified the product and sent me a replacement--at no charge, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, whoever packaged it put it in a soft envelope and it arrived damaged. I reached out again and the sent another replacement, again at no charge, this time in a box. I am now happy with my replacement soap dispenser. A lot of work, but I think worth it.

Tip for consumers:
Be specific and include pictures.

My son bought a brand new Samsung A50 phone from a Verizon store in Flagstaff, AZ. 15 days later the phone began malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the Verizon sales guys in-store told him to send it to Samsung. I think they should have taken care of it right then and there, and a Verizon call center rep I told me as much. My son sends the phone out and Samsung contacts him to tell him that there is moisture damage and it's not covered under warranty. $250 to fix a $380 phone! Of course, my son says no and the phone is being returned. Verizon told me that Samsung should have sent an email with pictures of the damage. Samsung tells me no, I guess we just have to take their word for it. The company line via FB message from Samsung Support: "our apologies for the inconvenience." We have been using Galaxies for some time. I will try to never use another Samsung product. They are inflexible and cold.

I did not have the experience of the previous reviewer. This was my first time using Scrubs and Beyond and I was very satisfied. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and they arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I had a bad experience with another company and plan to use S&B in the future.

I had just gotten finished having a bad experience on Ebay, ordering my hair product, and having to get a refund when my order was "lost by the mail carrier". I found SleekShop.com and ordered three jars of Enjoy Pomade for Men. The price was as reasonable as any, I ordered on 5/9/18 and received my order today, 5/11/18. After ordering and prior to delivery I had emailed SleekShop, telling them that I hoped that my experience would be good and that they would become my go-to place for ordering my Enjoy. Within hours I received a very nice reply from Cynthia. They may have had some issues in the past but my experience was aces. I will order from them again.
