I have been with Republic for 6 years, ever since moving up from San Diego to Orange County. There have been multiple missed pick ups, usually for recycling. This week they missed again. Sometimes when they don't come on our normal pick up day, Wednesday, they will come Thursday. By Thursday afternoon no pick up. I called and spoke with a female agent who scheduled me for Friday. By Friday evening no pick up so I called and spoke to agent Larry who said that I was scheduled for pick up that day but in case they didn't come he would schedule me for the next available pick up, Monday. Monday is two days away from the next pick up cycle. Disappointed.

I purchased Pfister products for my kitchen remodel over 5 years ago. Faucet and soap dispenser. Well, the soap dispenser head came off of the pump mechanism and I wanted to replace it. So I reached out on their website.

I ended up having the send multiple emails with pictures to clarify the problem and the product number. I felt I was quite specific and explicit about what my problem and need was, However, some of the Pfister agents did not seem to understand. In fact, in one case I felt that hadn't even read my email.

They finally identified the product and sent me a replacement--at no charge, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, whoever packaged it put it in a soft envelope and it arrived damaged. I reached out again and the sent another replacement, again at no charge, this time in a box. I am now happy with my replacement soap dispenser. A lot of work, but I think worth it.

Tip for consumers:
Be specific and include pictures.


My son bought a brand new Samsung A50 phone from a Verizon store in Flagstaff, AZ. 15 days later the phone began malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the Verizon sales guys in-store told him to send it to Samsung. I think they should have taken care of it right then and there, and a Verizon call center rep I told me as much. My son sends the phone out and Samsung contacts him to tell him that there is moisture damage and it's not covered under warranty. $250 to fix a $380 phone! Of course, my son says no and the phone is being returned. Verizon told me that Samsung should have sent an email with pictures of the damage. Samsung tells me no, I guess we just have to take their word for it. The company line via FB message from Samsung Support: "our apologies for the inconvenience." We have been using Galaxies for some time. I will try to never use another Samsung product. They are inflexible and cold.


I did not have the experience of the previous reviewer. This was my first time using Scrubs and Beyond and I was very satisfied. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and they arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I had a bad experience with another company and plan to use S&B in the future.

I had just gotten finished having a bad experience on Ebay, ordering my hair product, and having to get a refund when my order was "lost by the mail carrier". I found and ordered three jars of Enjoy Pomade for Men. The price was as reasonable as any, I ordered on 5/9/18 and received my order today, 5/11/18. After ordering and prior to delivery I had emailed SleekShop, telling them that I hoped that my experience would be good and that they would become my go-to place for ordering my Enjoy. Within hours I received a very nice reply from Cynthia. They may have had some issues in the past but my experience was aces. I will order from them again.
