Have always loved this market, but even with no laws or legal mandates in place in Florida, using common sense doesn't cut it for them. While maintaining six feet (with new regulations being 3 feet), an employee was rude and obnoxious refusing to serve us without a mask. Customers are free to touch and handle merchandise, poke around, etc., but breathing God's clean air is forbidden! This place is allowing employees to be politically motivated, and choose who they will serve. Shame on Petty's! After 20 years, we will not be shopping there again! Our business is welcomed at competitors!

We have always felt welcomed and respected by USAA and the services they've provided for Veterans and families. HOWEVER, when we REALLY NEEDED HELP after totaling our 2016 vehicle earlier this year, we were totally and completely ripped off. Once totaled, they beat us down for weeks until we had no fight left in us trying to replace our vehicle. The settlement was more than $5,000 UNDER the proposed value by two separate, independent adjusters who reviewed our case after the fact. USAA did NOTHING to justify their settlement figures other than offer listed vehicles TWO YEARS OLDER with far less amenities and more mileage than our 2016. We have never 'totaled' a vehicle, or had any major accident claims in over 30 years, but this is how we were treated. We were left financially strapped, beaten down, and helpless after years of history with USAA.

After over a decade of loyalty to Fox News, we cannot believe what we're seeing today. They have joined the ranks of Liberal news networks by disrespecting our President and the American people. These once revered Journalists and Commentators, are now failing to provide unbiased reporting/commentating for honest and honor bound Americans. We have long endured the biased 'opinion' of the news media from every direction, and our breath of fresh air from Fox has vanished. It seems the majority on Fox News have sold themselves out, and the remaining few late night hosts would be wise to seek employment elsewhere. STAND UP AMERICA and SHUT DOWN FOX NEWS!
