My four yorkies passed away at the age of 14 years. All within a month or two apart. I was devastated as they were my children. I was raised in an orphanage so they were my family. To remember them by, I ordered and paid for 4 tags - December 2021. With the following inscriptions on the front and back: 7 April 2006 - 7 March 2021. Coco Goodnight baby girl. See you in the morning. I had a good life. Chester 14 August 2007 - 17 August 2021. If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever. I comforted. Chase 14 August 2007 - 21 September 2021. Always at my side. Forever in my heart. I guarded. Cody 16 October 2006 - 29 July 2021. Where's the ball? Really mommy. Run and play baby. I was a friend. This was for the trees where I burried their remains. As it's been a couple of months, I inquired about my order. This the exact response that I received. I copied and pasted it here: "We can't follow up on an order with more than 6 months, also due to covid we no longer send orders to South Africa. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Have a nice day".

I bought 4 pet tags because even though they aren't cheap, the ' it'll last a lifetime promise' decided it. They look fabulous when they come. But within weeks the colour starts to wear off. I notified them and they asked me to send photos which I did. They responded that because you can still read the engraving they can't do anything about it. I've got 2 tags here still to give to certain dogs knowing that in a few weeks they're going to look cheap and nasty because the colour is already coming off. After several emails, they said they would send me a new tag, but upon receipt of the new tag I have to return the old one. Which I had no problem doing at all... until they said I had to pay tfor the return. But they don't ask you to send it to Switzerland which is where they are dispatched from, you have to return it to USA. And this will cost more than the tag itself. Why have we got to pay for a return to a place we didn't buy it from?

I ordered and paid two weeks ago. Customer service just ignore my messages. No response and no tracking which actually works

My order has just received. I thought it was a scam because they introduce themselves as a New Zealand Company and 24hrs delivery then I got an email after payment that they will ship from Spain. However, the order was very beautiful. I wish they was honest about the origin of the company and the time of shipping.

When will I learn to read the reviews first. I've read my complaint in almost every review on this website. I ordered the dog tag on August 26. After the quoted 5-7 days came and went I contacted the company by email to let them know that I still had not received the package. I got an email back from a Marisa Guarduño with what appeared to be a pre-scripted response. Now we are at 17 days since my order was placed and no dog tag. I am now going to try to contact my financial institution to see if they can retrieve my money. I have said this many times in the past, but NEVER AGAIN!

You can put up with the delivery time, but the quality is an absolute disappointment. The quality of the metal is poor, very easily scratched. The inscription is barely visible due to the color of the metal, the laser cutting depth is minimal in order to save money, the inscription is not centered. All investments went to the website. Crooked-handed ghouls. I do not recommend it very much

Awful awful company! I ordered a pet tag with an extra clip on. I thought i was ordering from a UK based company but turns out they were shipping from switzerland (or so they said). It took weeks for the order to arrive. Then i was missing the clip on in the order. To make it all worse, my cat has only gone out with tag 3 times outside and it's been properly dented and scratched! Really bad quality product. Do not bother busing from this terrible company. I wished i had read the reviews beforehand!

Have spent weeks trying to get my money back from this company. Emails are ignored, order never arrived, and now I am out of pocket. We are now having to take this up with a small claims court.
An utter con of a company and should be avoided at all costs!

I absolutely could not fault this company. I received my tag for my little Mylo yesterday and it's absolutely stunning. It's flat so very comfy for Mylo so it doesn't get in the way, and it's so beautiful to look at. So many people have seen and asked where it's from! It came within 2 weeks and during covid, I think that is a very reasonable time for a small company so I don't understand all the horrible complaints about waiting. Thank you so much I am over the moon!

Totally unhappy with the deception, the product, the customer service. I ordered a pet tag + collar but only received a collar. Why would I go to a website called "pet tag for life" if I wanted a collar? I only wanted a pet tag. I spent a stupid amount of time entering the information (pet name, phone number, etc) to make the pet tag perfect. The collar was only an optional add-on at the end of the purchase. Also, I was under the impression with the website having a ". Ca" at the end that it was a Canadian business. Nope! China!

I placed my order over a month ago under the impression that it was a Canadian company (website ends in. Ca). I received a shipment email last month saying it is being shipped from Switzerland and will take 7 days. It has never arrived, this company is a complete scam! Check your credit statements to make sure they don't charge extra.

Terrible quality. The engraving is cooked, off center and way to small to even read. How does this happen?! You guys just dont check product before it ships? Anyways, I messaged them and they tokd me they woukd send me a new one but the font u picked wouldn't work... why have it advertised then?! Well whatever they asked me if I'd like to change the font. I said yes whatever needs to be done to compensate the money I paid for this. They emailed back saying they were getting ready to ship my new label... but didn't even ask me what font I wanted this time and I swear if they send me a cheap version other then the Swarovski version I already paid for I will literally drive to their warehouse and throw hands

I placed an order two months ago, I have not received anything. I have contacted many times by mail, but my money is not returned to me.

I don't know and UNDERSTAND the negative reviews. My tag arrived today in cute package within 5 days.: 3 but what matters is that my pup is happy with it and me too! And it cost under 8€ so quality is worth of money. :) <3 i believe is it very small and new company, so that's why they have paid for google to advertise their pages with different countries and languages. Please do not be mean, they are people like us, and they try make their best!

Wish could give a 0 star in my opinion dont even deserve a 1 star ordered 4 months ago got an email saying they have dispatched my order took a month couldn't call them no number emailed them said still havent received my order got an email back saying if I dont get it in the next 2 weeks they will resend it, still didn't receive it asked them for a refund only received the refund a month later and they short paid wat an utter scam we needa shut them down

Such thin and flimsy material with printed writing that's too small to read and rubs off. I had paid extra for two large tags with an engraved text, the tags are small not large, the text is unreadable as its so small and the writing is stamped on and rubs off easily. I asked for a refund and they said I must pay more money to return the items and they refused a refund. They are a scam company based overseas and do not understand complaints. Refuse to give any contact telephone numbers and only respond by email eventually after ten emails complaining. Absolutely shocking! Do not ever buy!
