I was hesitant to place an order after reading a lot of reviews, but the low price hooked me. My order was placed on Saturday morning, processed the following Monday, shipped Tuesday, and received Thursday. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will absolutely order again.
This company does sell prescription veterinary medication at discounted prices. I have ordered multiple times from them in the past. Pretty good customer service, too. I just want to inform consumers that if you purchase Sentinel products from this company, Merck will not honor rebate offers. Tough lesson to learn.
After working with a horrible online pet pharmacy I stumbled upon this site.
They have the name brand meds your vet would have at a really great price (I checked a lot of online sites). The flea and tick meds that my puppy needed were shipped on-time and my Vet was able to call them to give them the prescription with my order number... so easy peasy! I will be using them again for all her meds.
This company will not stand by Next Day Air (despite the carrier willing to issue a refund this company will not help and wants to blame COVID.). Do not offer next day air for $45 if you cannot stand behind it for your customer especially when the shipping company will offer a refund and you dont want to help your customer. Only order if you have the time to wait.
I'm still waiting on a package from Jan.12.Each time I call customer service I'm told it's "out for delivery". Today is the 18th and I'm still waiting.Oh did I mention this is a replacement for the 1st order I never received...Do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks for a reputable company.

Not only was the price cheaper for the 5.4mg at $1.99 when I came back to order the process was much easier than Labmert Vet Supply. They contacted my vet and my vet called me to confirm the order. Super easy and convenient.
Don't believe anything they say. They are fake and will disappear after you pay. I now only deal with Joren Vale and have never had an issue. He provides real tracking and reliable delivery. Joren is 100% trustworthy.
