About Me

i better update my profile!! I’m a retired RN, BSN who was born in Wisconsin, who moved to northern CA near Sacramento at age 35, and lived there FOR 31 YEARS THAT WENT BY IN A BLINK OF AN EYE. Last November, 2018, my.husband and I moved back to our home state of WI, just to experience the worst winter that most people could remember! Talk about culture and weather shock! We moved from a city of 350,000 to one of 5,000, with HORRIBLE internet service. But we are with our families again!

How I Can Help

During the last 10 years of my Nursing career, I worked in Quality and Risk Management, particularly in Infection Prevention. I am very knowledgable about statistics, and how they can easily fool people. I also can spot some instances where reviews are fake and being written by either owners or employees of the company. When I make a mistake and order from a horrible or fraudulent company, I fight back. I let other customers know why I wouldn't recommend that they buy from that company.

Interests

Shopping (unfortunately), reading, coloring, fishing, and writing reviews!!

I'm an RN, BSN who is 66 years old, but I'm scared of NOT keeping my RN license current! This is strange because I've been on disability since I was 54 years old, but I would never, ever pass Boards again. Being so old, I absolutely HATE on-line courses. CA and many other states require that RNs have 30 units of continuing education every 2 years in order for us to renew our licenses. Western Schools also has CEs for other licensed people, including Pharmacists. I've used Western Schools for decades! However, the last few years, WS has made many courses for 30 CEs either very expensive, or they have many courses that are less than 30 units, forcing people to buy several courses. I just purchased a 30 CE continuing education hard copy course for a sale price of $59.95. However, I was appalled when I checked out and saw that the S&H cost was $10.95, making the grand total for my 30 CEs over $70! On the other hand, I totally hate on-line courses, (which WS also sell). OK, I'm 66! It's just too bad WS has become so expensive, but this may be my last time to renew my license. Their courses are all in all very good, and they do mail or email certificates quickly.

  • Amazon Kindle

I AM NOT REVIEWING KINDLE; I am reviewing kindle unlimited. Amazon gave me a one month free trial of Kindle Unlimited, which provides certain books to read on-line for no cost. If I do not cancel, I will be charged $9.99 a month to continue Kindle Unlimited. I will DEFINITELY CANCEL at the end of this month, if not before. The books available on Kindle Unlimited are these categories: Cookbooks, these horrible Harlequin-type romances, with the sleazy covers of a buff man without a shirt who is embracing a fainting, heavily bosomed woman, books that you may not ever want to buy to read, and the first book of a series of books that will end up costing you a lot of money if you get interested. It was also hard for me to go to Amazon and find out which books were Amazon Unlimited-i had to go through pages and pages on an older iPad which is slow. Kindle itself is great, but I couldn't find enough books I was interested enough to read, using Kindle Unlimited. It is CERTAINLY NOT worth $9.99 a month to continue, unless you love Harlequin-type romances. I don't like them. My opinion.

  • Bulk Apothecary

• Updated review

This is my second review of Bulk Apothecary. I used to buy a lot of essential oils and lotion, cream, and butter bases from them. They have a great inventory, and I have no complaints about their products (although I believe my favorite source of essential oils, EDENS Garden, has more superior oils). But I stopped ordering from BA because their S&H costs were way too expensive! I just order products for my own use. If you are a person who orders large amounts of product because you are making candles, soaps, lotions to sell, then you probably qualify for free shipping. Then you are no doubt happy with BA. But for people like me, who order small amounts, the S&H is too much to handle. Thank you for reading my review.

Good products but many mistakes
3/31/18
• Previous review

I'm a disabled RN who has many health problems and an auto-immune disease. I've become very interested in Aromatherapy as an aide to better well-being. I came across Bulk Apothecary (BA) and have become a (too) frequent customer. However, the products seem very good, and I enjoy reading about the properties and uses of each essential oil (EO) listed. I now have a big supply of BA products. The complaints I have are that there are often mistakes made in the products I ordered vs the products I get. I'd say this happens at least 1/3 of the time. However, I use their "CHAT" service, and I've had NO complaints in their problem resolutions. The CHAT service is based in Asia, so one CHAT employee was NOT at all helpful, but the rest were. Another BIG issue is that S&H costs are atrociously high! However, they often have coupons that kind of balance out that cost-not completely, but they help. Another issue is that sometimes the order takes forever to come. The last one came in about 12 days. Some have come quickly; others not. I guess they are waiting for some of the flowers to grow so they can process them? I'm new at this, so I can't really judge, but the products seem very good, and the prices can be very reasonable, so I will keep using BA. By now, I should have enough materials to work full-time at making things for a few years!

  • Epic Systems

3/20/18

My nephew was one of hundreds interviewing for a position at Epic, the major provider of computer charting for hospitals and clinics. He got a job at this massive site. He can't tell us what he is working on. I go to Sutter, a medical clinic in northern CA; they have an EPIC system, and I love it because I can make appointments, send messages to my providers, look up my lab and radiology results, and see what preventive care items I need to do. On the other hand, as a retired RN, I am ecstatic that I retired before I had to use EPIC on the job. Nurses are having to spend enormous amounts of time inputting data on the computer, using EPIC and other systems. Most of what they input are checks on what they did to the patient, without leaving a clear picture of the patient as a whole. It is burdensome. EPIC SHOULD HAVE REAL NURSES AND DOCTORS HELP DESIGN THE SYSTEM! The old-time charting allowed us nurses to provide real information about the patient. Dr. Green, an author of 2 books about Emergency Departments, offered a real look at any computer system, and it was more work upon more work because some situations just don't fit the patient's situations. Computerized charting is the future, but please, EPIC, use the advice of the people who have to actually USE your systems!

My husband is the one who saw "The ShepherdsDiet.com" online, read about it, got excited, and bought it. We thought we would get actual books, but everything was online. We are older, so we prefer actual physical books. Kristina Wilds, who is a certified nutritionist, developed this program after her husband was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gerig's Disease). As his physical abilities decreased, he gained weight, making it harder for him to do any self care. So Kristina searched the Bible for Biblical references to foods. This is a Christian-based program. She developed this high protein, high good fats, very low carbohydrate diet, basically a ketogenic diet, to help her husband; and he did lose weight. Consequently, she developed the Sherpherd's Diet for the public.
Here are the good points: If you follow the diet, you will lose weight.
There is a great support network that answers your questions. You WILL have many questions, as many things are not explained fully.
Here are the BAD POINTS:
Everything is online.
Since my husband is the one who ordered this, he began paying $9.95 twice a month for something he really didn't know. This turned out to be recipes that would help you get the proper balance of protein, fats, and carbs. When he stopped paying the $9.95 every 2 weeks, WE COULD NOT ACCESS THE RECIPES FROM THE TIME WE HAD PAID ALL THIS MONEY FOR A FEW MONTHS! I was appalled, but I was told that since everything is online, all the money we spent in the past would not allow us to get the recipes we had paid for because TSD (The Shepherd's Diet) did not have a way to not include recipes we hadn't paid for. I was totally disgusted. This was supposed to be a Christian site.
Kristina has numerous partners who sell their own plans and products, so you are bombarded with these emails. Most of the time, you have to listen to very long videos before you even find out what they are selling! None of these "miraculous" discoveries are sold in stores. One PARTNER told about a miraculous oil that was probably in our pantry. The oil wasn't named. I asked to find out the name of the oil from a consultant provided by Kristina's site. SHE COULDNT TELL ME because it was a partner! How ridiculous. I found out it was coconut oil after fast-forwarding through this partner's long video presentation.
I got gallbladder attacks from following the diet. I had to see the doctor, and an ultrasound was ordered for me this week.
Kristina herself was sending emails that required you to have to watch videos. I complained, and I'm not saying it was because of me, but finally, she offered transcripts to read if you didn't want to waste time watching long videos.
Kristina Wilds now has a supplement line of products that she recommends we buy. All of these supplements are very expensive.
Conclusion: This is a ketogenic diet where protein is 70-75% of the diet, followed by good fats and very low carbs. It turns your body into burning fats and not glucose. There probably are many ketogenic diets online.
For a self-proclaimed Christian, Ms. Wilds surely seems to sell very expensive products, as do her partners.
The $9.95 we spent every 2 weeks (without my husband knowing exactly why) turned out to be recipes that we couldn't access after he quit paying the $9.95.
You don't get physical books.
You get many emails.
Now that I know TSD is a ketogenic diet, I will research it myself online and not spend all the money that TSD requires.

  • eBags

2/9/18

Unlike some of the reviews, I've always been satisfied with e-Bags shipments. I first came upon e-Bags from an ad somewhere. I ordered a large purse because I was flying to WI and needed something that could carry my iPad (regular sized), my novel, and all my other numerous things. This first purse was leather, very supple and lovely. However, the inside material shredded and came apart within a year and a half, so even though the outside still looks perfect, the inside is done for. It's down to the leather! The second purse I bought within the past 6 months also has the inside shredding. It was a different brand from the first purse-leather, but much harder, less supple leather. I still, just tonight, ordered a third purse for everyday use. It's not leather and I hope the inside will stay intact. All of this previous review tells the bad side of eBags.
The good side is that there are huge numbers of purses, wallets, carry-on bags, luggage, etc. on this site. Most of the purses are made for security as you travel, with reinforcement so that thieves can't cut the purse's strap away from you. There is also protection for you money and credit cards, as I believe there is some device that can scan your credit cards while they are in your purse!
You also get good coupons and discounts. You get money points for everything you buy. Many of the original prices are very economic, but with the money points from my previous purchases, I saved $10 on my purchase tonight.
So the only complaint I have, and it's a significant one, is that the material used in the inside compartments of the purses IS NOT LONG LASTING AT ALL! It shreds and comes apart. I have purses from 20-30 years ago, not from eBags, and the interior looks almost as good as new. EBags needs to make sure they change this bad problem.
Thank you.

  • Amazon Prime

12/30/17

I AM REVIEWING AMAZON'S PRIME PANTRY, a relatively new feature for Prime members, charges a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for their boxes. I ordered a small item, analgesic oral gel, which was listed as an Amazon Prime Pantry item. Amazon "told" me to add other items to fill the $5.99 box. I didn't pay much attention to that, never having used Amazon Prime Pantry before. When I went to check out, this gel would've cost me its price plus the $5.99 shipping fee, even though I'm a Prime member. Fortunately, I was able to delete the gel and avoid the additional $5.99 fee. I'm confused about Amazon Prime Pantry. What is part of this program and what isn't? I recently ordered many food products, but they weren't part of the Prime Pantry. They got shipped "free" because I'm a Prime member. Yet, this oral analgesic gel was a Prime Pantry item, even though other of the same gels aren't. I'm just advising people that if something is part of the Amazon Prime Pantry, you will pay an additional $5.99 shipping fee. So you better fill your pantry box to make the additional fee worth it. Otherwise, find another product that will get shipped "free" as part of your Prime membership.

  • Dermstore

1/25/15

I wrote a previous good review (4 stars) about Dermstore earlier this year. I now give them only 3 stars, because I always enjoyed their Surprise Boxes of either hair care, makeup, skin care. Now those boxes are gone. I haven't purchased since I saw that. Otherwise, I've not had a problem that they hadn't fixed to my satisfaction.

Tip for consumers:
Check Google or Yahoo for coupons for Dermstore for possible great discounts!

I had Netflix for several years on my iPad before I switched to another movie site. Netflix had NO relatively recent movies at all. Neither does this other site. It was OK, but not impressive. It was just "OK".

  • Anniecloth

1/22/20

I have to admit that I play games on my iPad, and because of that I'm inundated with ads for online companies. One of these has been "Anniecloth.com". The clothes looked really great. They were unique. The site says they are designed by independent designers. The prices were extremely reasonable.
The first issue I had a problem with was SIZE. There is a general size chart that is a bit confusing. I knew this site was from Asia, and anything from Asia is smaller than what we wear in the USA, but I was totally confused with what size I should buy. I emailed Annie Cloth, and they DID answer. They said the sizes differed depending on the outfit. BUT THERE WAS NO INDIVIDUAL SIZE CHART FOR EACH OUTFIT!
So I bought one very cheap dress. It came WEEKS later, and in a size that would fit a small elephant! It was also extremely CHEAPLY MADE.
While waiting for this dress to arrive, I looked up Annie Cloth online and to my displeasure and concern, I found it branded as a scam, as a company that uses our data, as a company that doesn't send what you ordered. So now I have to KEEP AN EYE ON MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS EVEN MORE CLOSELY TO MAKE SURE I AM NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
One website, "written-with-love.com" lists Annie Cloth as a company that scams customers, a company one should avoid. If you want to see her entire list, please go there. Other websites warn against Annie Cloth.
I certainly will not purchase from them again.
Another thing is that when you find an item that you like, chances are good that they don't have it in your size (if you can even begin to figure out what size you are).
I'm not going to take any chances with my credit card and data. And I'm not going to be stuck with clothes that don't fit after waiting weeks to get my order, IF I get my order. They hook you in with nice clothes, and they leave you dangling.

I looked at their sales pages, and they had cut-off shorts on sale for $101, down from $146! Need I say more? Not for me! This website is of boutiques in Portland, OR.

  • Consumer TV

7/14/19

I got an ad from another Website (one I had deleted long ago) about this product called Arthrozene that is supposed to lubricate joints, increase mobility, and decrease pain. To me this ad seemed similar to other sites that pretty much were scams, such as the Dr Gerhauser site. I have very painful knees, and I've already had a right knee replacement in 2011. So since I have been scammed before, I looked Arthrozene up online and came upon "Consumer.tv". Consumer.tv DOES provide coupons and discounts for certain items. However, they have a quasi-scientific look to their reviews-an overview, key benefits, ingredients and how they work, where to buy, and FINAL VERDICT. I noticed that the 5-star reviews were always the ones for the products for which they had discounts or coupons.
In the fine print, if you clicked down on the bottom, I found out why. Consumer.tv had to submit a "Disclosure of Material Connection". This means that if someone clicks on a link and buys a product that they have a deal with, Consumer.tv will get a commission. This is a Federal Trade Commission requirement that they post this.

  • Jackpot Candles

5/14/19

Once in a while, I get addicted again to these candles with hidden rings or jewelry. It is fun to see what you end up with, even though most of the time, it's something "meh". Jackpot candles advertises their strong scents. Either my nose doesn't work or the candles have a barely discernible scent. The rings I got were cheap, although one was rated at $35. Ha! 2 of the rings did not have the code that you can look up to see the price. These candles in full size are in the $25.00 range, bath bombs with jewelry $16, and small candle tins around $16.
I'm old enough to know better. If I saved the money i spent on these candles, I'd have enough money to buy a decent ring myself! I'm going to try to put a photo of the $35 appraised ring on this review. Judge for yourself.
The silvery things on the sides are just bumps of whatever metal used. The stone is pink. If you want it, let me know.
It's not that Jackpot items are bad, but they are just on par with the other jewelry in a candle companies.
Well, at my age, I tried to add a photo but nothing happened.

  • Paleosecret

3/26/19

It's not only paleosecret.com but all these other diet plans that cost a lot of money. First, you can look up online ALL you need to know about the paleo diet without paying any money. You can also find many, many recipes and paleo products.
One of the most frustrating things about these plans, not only Paleo Secret but so many other Keto diets, etc that are for sale, is that all of them want to sell you their own supplements, which all cost a fortune! Some of these sites (not Paleo Secret) claim to be Christians (Dr. Gerhauser, for one), so if you are Christian, you might think he would never want to fool you in order to make money. Think again. Why are the supplements sold by these special diet companies SO EXPENSIVE? I would far more believe Consumer Labs than anyone selling high-cost supplements or I'd definitely believe SupplementClarity.com for unbiased research-oriented reviews of products before I'd spend tons of money.
All of these people are out to make money. Hey, that is capitalism, and we all want to make money! But if you put a little bit of your own research into finding out what a Paleo or Keto diet is, find free recipes, and buy supplements at reasonable prices, you will save money.
One other thing I very much dislike is getting e-books! I want a paper book that I can lay down on the counter and read as I cook the recipes. I'm old, OK, but I'm not dragging my iPad around by the stove.
This is my humble opinion.

  • Scamadvisor.com

3/26/19

I just came upon this website as I was looking up scams. It seems that this website uses Alexa somehow to determine whether a site is a scam or a legitimate business. Scam advisor then gives the business a percentage indicating its trustworthiness or its "scammyness". I looked up a business that I believe takes advantage of people, including me, by not telling us upfront that whatever we buy, even if we think we buy only one bottle of supplements, we are put on autoshipping. This company was given a high percentage of trustworthiness. There are no actual customer reviews documented of the sites I looked up. That doesn't mean there aren't actual customer reviews; it just means I didn't find any. The website also has articles on how to avoid being scammed and what to do if you have been.
I believe it may be a new website.
I'm interested if anyone else has seen this website-what are your impressions of it?

  • Trinity Urgent Care

10/26/18
• Updated review

I wrote a very good review of Trinity Urgent Care, TUC, but after what happened to me next, I must revise it and let you know what my doctors and nurses cautioned me about. The provider at TUC correctly told me to see my personal doctor and a cardiology doctor as soon as possible. TUC had told me that my tests showed 3 things that I had never had before:
1. Pulmonary edema, or fluid in my lungs,
2. A problem with the electrical conduction in my heart, and
3. A leaking valve.
I was shocked. I saw a cardiologist 2 days later who gave me Nitroglycerin if I had chest pain and who told me to go to the ER if that didn't help the pain. Sure enough, two days later I got severe chest pain and ended up in an ambulance to the ED.
I had all the tests done that the cardiologist wanted, plus more. Thankfully, my heart is fine, and no fluid was found in my lungs.
Anyone with chest pain must go to the ER, so I'm not sorry I did. Don't think nothing might be wrong-just go.
But I believe that having already being under severe stress because we are moving across the country, the serious problems TUC said showed up made me even more stressed out.
My doctors and others reminded me that in most cases the Urgent Care provider never met you before, doesn't know you, and does not have your medical records. Also their equipment may not be as good as a hospital's, nor do they have specialists there to read your results.
So of you're told you have a serious thing you never knew before with your heart and lungs, please see your own doctors as soon as possible.
Urgent Care is for simple problems like sore throats, flu, broken bones. Anything that is complex should be followed by doctors who know you or have your past records.

Trinity Parkway Urgent Care in Stockton, CA 95209

• Previous review

FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE OR VISIT STOCKTON, CALIFORNIAAND NEED URGENT CARE.
I just had the most excellent, friendly, professional, and thorough care at Trinity Parkway Urgent Care Center in north Stockton CA. I thought about writing a review on Yelp until I saw how many business owners were very unhappy with Yelp. So I'm putting this on Sitejabber, which I know is an honest site.
Trinity Urgent Care is located near the Trinity Parkway Shopping Center. I believe its' hours are until 8:30 pm. The website gives the hours of operation and an overview of the busiest times each day.
I had two very complicated issues. I was VERY VERY IMPRESSED with my provider, a NP (Nurse Practitioner), Mary. Also with Don, who first interviewed me and did my X-rays. Everyone who helped me were great. But Mary was unbelievably knowledgeable, and she was so meticulous in my tests, my diagnosis, my treatment plan, and follow-up care! I've been an RN, BSN for over 30 years, and it takes a lot to impress me. Mary did!
Trinity Urgent Care has digital radiology, probably has a link up for blood work, EKG and other testings in the clinic.
Before you leave, a health care person comes to give you printed information of your treatment plan and your follow up care. You can ask any questions then. Upon leaving, I got printed records of diagnosis and treatment, information sheets about each treatment, and a CD of all the X-rays they did! This helps you when you see your primary MD.
My problems were pretty serious, and I was told to follow up as soon as possible with my personal doctor and a cardiologist. Mary was wonderful in all ways. She really knows what she is doing!
I highly recommend TRINITY URGENT CARE FOR THOSE IN OR AROUND STOCKTON, CA.

  • DermaSmoothPlus

10/18/18

I wrote a couple reviews on two other websites that offer miracle products that "aren't sold in stores" and that cost at least $39.99 per bottle. They use deceiving techniques that most likely anyone can see through.
I DID NOT BUY OR TRY THIS PRODUCT. I don't have skin tags or moles.
However, as an RN, BSN for 30 years, I find some of these website's techniques to be wrong.
First, they display a number of magazines or sites where the product has been advertised in. Many of these are bogus magazines or could even be their own catalogs.
Second, there is a stupid interview that some "doctor" (doctor of what?) has with some client who bought this product. These interviews are so funny!
Third, there is ALWAYS a day and time when you MUST ORDER TO GET A HUGE DISCOUNT, and every single time, that date is the day you see the ad and the time is midnight. You must order or you will lose out FOREVER. (In reality though, you find that you always get a little more time if you first ignore the wonderful discount).
Fourth: There are before pictures which are as gross and disgusting as you can imagine. Moles are growing on skin tags, that kind of thing! Then there are AFTER pictures in which beautiful, glowing skin is the result of using the product.
Fifth, often you are not shown the price of the product until you give the bulk of your information on address, phone number, email. Undoubtedly, the purpose of this info is to let other of these websites bombard you with more product ads of the same type.
Sixth, these products always cost about $39.99 to $49.99 (approximately) per bottle or unit. Then you are offered huge discounts on getting 3 bottles at once, or 6 bottles at once. You are urged to buy many bottles because the item is running out of supply, and you may never, ever get more!
Seventh, YES, I have been stupid enough to try a couple of products that have this scheme/template. NOT A ONE EVER WORKED!
Now, it is possible that a product might conceivably work on someone. There is the Placebo Effect, after all; so sometimes if you believe hard enough that something will work, it might.
You can try anything you want to try. However, I've kicked myself for buying a few of these stupid products in the past with the only part working was the loss of weight of my wallet. So, I just want to tell people that there is a technique these companies have to sell you a product, where you don't even know what's all in it, just to make money.
BIG SHOCK, I KNOW!
So please consider what I'm saying, and then think about it and make a choice. The only reason I'm writing this is because this all seems like a scam to me.
Last, there are often 5 star always positive reviews from satisfied customers. Right.

  • Yelp

10/17/18

I wanted to leave a good review of an Urgent Care Center I had gone to, where I received wonderful care. Before I wrote the review, I looked at all the reviews of Yelp itself and was amazed to see that so many businesses and company owners were saying that Yelp is deleting their business' good reviews, letting obviously fake reviews stay, and altogether getting worse and worse as time passes!
Then I had trouble even finding how to write a review myself!
I thought, "why should I even post a review on Yelp when so many people are giving bad reviews? So I'm forgetting about putting a review on Yelp.
I doubt this review of mine will be added to Yelp because I am going to recommend to reviewers that they may instead want to write reviews on Sitejabber.com instead. Sitejabber is an ethical company. I know because I wrote a number of reviews on Sitejabber, and eventually the founder of Sitejabber contacted me and other reviewers about how he could make Sitejabber better. He talked to us personally by phone, and then he actually implemented the changes we suggested! Really remarkable!
I don't know what happened with Help, but why post to a site when your good reviews may be deleted? Try Sitejabber instead.

  • Xyron

4/25/18

Xyron makes a sticker-maker machine that makes edge to edge adhesive on any flat sticker you put into the machine. The machine works without batteries or electricity-just by turning a handle. The roll of adhesive is 18 feet long. WHEN IT WORKS, it is a great machine, but in my experience with the Xyron 500 EN 5" (the width of the machine), it works less than 67% of the time. If you buy the machine, GO TO AMAZON TO DO SO-DO NOT BUY FROM XYRON! If you buy from Amazon, you have some hope of a replacement or solution if the machine or cartridge breaks (right away). I purchased a machine from Xyron, and immediately, on the first turn of the handle, the cartridge tore. There is no way to put it back together. I contacted Xyron, and it was equivalent to a Federal Investigation for me to attempt to get a new machine! I took pictures of the defect and had to email the representative in customer service numerous times, with things like lot numbers, etc. Finally, after about a month, they did not replace the machine, but they did give me a new cartridge. I make handmade greeting cards and use stickers a lot. All that month, I couldn't make one sticker. It was unbelievable all the fuss I went through when obviously at least the cartridge was defective. Amazon gives much better service than Zyron gives! I have found that these sticker maker machines' cartridges or the handle of the machine do NOT work (or they tear) in over 30% of the machines and/or cartridges. They tear right away most often. I'm a college graduate and an RN, so I know how to insert a simple cartridge which only goes in one way.
As I said, when the whole thing works, it puts adhesive on the bottom of whatever piece of paper you want to use as a sticker. Too bad it often doesn't work. If you want a fair resolution of the machine's breaking down, buy it from Amazon.

  • IQGenex

1/23/18

I saw an advertisement for a "Cognitive Alertness Complex" with a "FREE TRIAL" from IQGENEX.COM. All I had to pay for a one month trial was $4.95 S&H. A list of the full ingredients was not included. Since I have had severe sleep apnea, I felt as if my IQ had decreased, so this sounded good to try. However, since I have high blood pressure, had I known the ingredients, I never would've tried it. The first indication that I wouldn't like this company was that I COULD NOT finish my free trial without also getting a free trial of a Chamomile Relaxer, too. In the small print, it said that monthly charges of over $95 would be put on your credit card unless you cancelled by calling this number: *******542 within 18 days of ordering. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was that I did call that number within 6 days of ordering, and a pleasant lady named Anastasia helped me cancel and gave me a confirmation number. KEEP THAT CONFIRMATION NUMBER JUST IN CASE! She DID try to offer me more deals, including a lower price, but for medical reasons and money reasons, I said NO. So, if you want to try this "free trial", please read the small print.
The ingredients are: folic acid and large amounts of VIt B12, and a 700 microgram proprietary blend of L-glutamine, taurine, caffeine, DMAE, Gingko Biloba, acetyl-L-carnitine, and Bacopa.
Thank you for reading this.
