Let see the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with I ordered there book 8 months ago and still haven't seen it I've emailed them at least 12 times and not one response back how dumb is that so if your smart don't deal with this BS company at all cause they'll take your money and give you nothing in return and there liars also avoid this company there no good worthless people

Why in the world would a marketing agency use Hitler to sell supplements?! I received an email today promoting thus quack and his Adolf Hitler secrets revealed. I personally do not think any American "Doctor" should be promoting anything from Hitler. Seems a tad strange. How about A German secret, a long lost whatever bs copy write you want to add for clicks. But no you chose Hitler. Nice.

I ordered one of their water purifiers on October 13,2020 and they debited my account the next day. Today,
December 20,2020, still no water purifier. I have emailed 4 times asking for a refund or the purifier. No response.

Even if you want to only buy at the medical information which comes with some of the supplements, at the more expensive rate, you will be signed up for the auto-renewal program. They send you a card informing you that you will be charged $37 a month with a reference number. When you call their service department, even if you wait on line for a representative for 20 minutes, you will automatically be told they will call you back. So I have written an email to them and blocked them on my American Express. So much for believing they are about health when they obviously are only about the money.

Suddenly USD 53.90 disapered from my credit card account for some health issue leaflet. I do not how they got my e-mail, I do not know how they got my credit card number.
They are credit card money thieves!

I have not received anything from this company in over 6 months. I unsubscribed from anything pertaining to them. Every month I had to dispute charge until I just canceled the card outright. Overall rating is a 0

Giving these people even one star is ridiculous. I have no idea how they got my Canadian credit card, but with some investigation I found that they have charged me 49.00 US$, at least twice, 2018 and 2019. The only slight possibility is that I thought I was paying a modest fee for mailing costs but even that is doubtful. It is likely I was surfing for advice, but never would I have consented to an annual subscription.

I am generally very aware of scams, but somehow I must have been suckered. However, I never received anything, I never logged on to their site, and never signed up for a subscription. I have a terminal disease with a prognostication last early October of 4.5 to 8 month survival. I didn't even bother buying a new winter jacket! Besides, when I do make a bonafide purchase from a US vendor, I use my US credit card to avoid the higher exchange rate. The only thing I can substantiate my claim that I was conned is my Visa bill that I posted here with with two charges to my credit card.

However the daily emails, were a total waste of time. Each email had an intriguing topic so at first I was quite interested. Yet upon clicking on the link to get the info, it takes you to a video that blabbers on and on... 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30+ minutes, with no way to fast forward to the actual POINT. I suppose if I kept watch the video(s) then eventually there may have been a product for sale. The emails were so frequent AND SO FRUSTRATING that I simply had to Un-subscribe.

I DID receive the big hard copy book about various health cures; tho I haven't read any of it yet the book looks quite substantial so maybe it was worth the $37.

Naturalhealthresponse is one of the sites of Dr. Richard Gerhauser, who I think is an MD who practices natural medicine. I've been an RN, BSN from the University of Wisconsin since 1976, and throughout all my years of nursing, I now believe in natural medicine as well as parts of traditional western medicine.
However, Dr. Gerhauser has cost me a lot of money, time, and grief. I first started with him when he offered a book on "underground cures" that pharmaceutical companies and the establishment don't want you to know about. He promised a monthly newsletter for a senior citizen price of $37 a year. However, I never received a newsletter, but instead, my email inbox was flooded with his advertisements for his wonder supplements. In order to even find out WHAT his "miraculous" supplements were, you had to sit through a LONG BORING VIDEO or read a long, boring transcript. What I would do is scroll the transcript down to the bottom, where you finally could see what his product was. In order to order the product WITHOUT BEING TOLD THE PRICE UP FRONT, you have to put in your email address. Then you get to pick from 1 bottle, 3 bottles, or 6 bottles, ALL AT EXORBITANT PRICES.
Now, since I scrolled down this super-boring transcript (LONG LONG TRANSCRIPT), I didn't see that anything you purchased would be auto-shipped to you with the charge taken out of your credit card.
YES, I WAS STUPID in not reading everything, but if you would ever see one of these videos or transcripts, you would see that anyone would be BRAIN DEAD by the end of them! I'm serious. His ploy.
So now I'm receiving auto-shipped deliveries of his products which DO NOT WORK! And my credit card charges are escalating! So try to get in touch with him or his company! No email, no phone number easily found.
Finally, I found a phone number and told Customer Service to cancel EVERYTHING of Gerhauser's I had. Well, she cancelled the one product, but I got another auto-shipped product. On that one, Mind Defense, I finally found a site where you could cancel your order! Hallelujah!

I unsubscribed from his sites several times, and he just keeps emailing.
I truly believe that people like him should be investigated for poor business practices that prey on elderly people, like me, on a fixed income. And his claims for his products should be investigated, too.

You are absolutely despicable. You get me going through endless transcripts and endless videos to spend more and more money. You hook me up with a incurable deadly disease that is coming, a pandemic, so I listen to or read some more of your BS. Then you hook me into all this BS of joining another organization, and talk about sex drive for men again, and I am a 58 year-old female Christian who cares, and my job is life-saving, and helping to save anybody with information. My uncle and my mom and myself don't have anything to do with sex. You are the most despicable, along with all of the others who are just like you. How could you even think to do something like this. You must not have any feelings. Maybe you all are psychopaths. You hook people into this thing with what you said in the beginning. Just to make more money. I really can't believe you guys... you and the other Dr., Dr. R, and Dr. Allan Spreen, I think his name is. I just wish that I didn't get hooked up with you guys. And your changing your names of your organizations just a little bit, to make it sound so good... You're starting to make my life a living hell. Thanks a lot for leading me on with this pandemic news. If anybody has a heart who is working there and hears what I'm saying. I think I'm going to ask for my money back. And stop getting involved with you guys. Maybe there's a place reserved for you guys in hell where you will suffer forever.
