Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Natural Health Response staff and previous consumers.
I have tried several times and get a canned answer right away ('we are sorry we are busy and will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days' sort of thing). I am trying for a refund and after 5 or 10 business days I write again and get another response that basically says we are working on it - don't call us we will call you'. Of course they don't and the whole process starts over.
