on 2/19/19I have tried several times and get a canned answer right away ('we are sorry we are busy and will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days' sort of thing). I am trying for a refund and after 5 or 10 business days I write again and get another response that basically says we are working on it - don't call us we will call you'. Of course they don't and the whole process starts over.
I have read that one person was able to reach them. Others complained that customer service for cancellations and or refunds, were not responsive.
It is extremely difficult. IF, and only IF, you get a billing statement with your product, you can find a phone number. I found NO WAY to email this company.
