I appreciate the convenience of having all this entertainment bundled with my Prime membership. The ability to download content for offline viewing is especially handy for long flights or road trips. However, the interface could be more user-friendly, particularly when it comes to browsing and discovering new titles.
They offer you free membership for 30 days and tout that it is ad free. So you try it and suddenly they start adding ads to your shows with no way around them.unless of course you PAY more - only 2.99 more - the key is MORE. It's on top of the $14.99 you are already paying making the grand total around $18.00 a month. Is Amazon content worth that when they already have only 1/3 of their content included in the membership? I think not. I unsubscribed. Save yourself the disappointment.

I ordered a JACKERY SOLAR PANEL $699.00 with a $140 Coupon & They sent me a Superjare Gaming table 7933BC $99.99 instead. UPS picked it back up, I was given the tracking stub. Amazon received it back, and they want me to wait 3 to 4 weeks for a credit when it specifically stated that when they received my Item back, I would be issued my credit back to my card. They made a huge error and now want me to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my money. Bad policy. Disputed this with Discover and JACKERY was also notified of their handling of this. Never again!

How irresponsible they are when shipping your purchased item. Employee Not paying attention to detail. Don’t buy anything of value or expensive on Amazon. They have been unreliable for sometime.

Ordered many things with prime and Never received anything in two days! Talked to 9 customer service and a supervisor nobody had an answer for my questions. I never had talked to such terrible, stupid, dum people in my life where do they get them from. Prime is a ripoff service in New Hampshire because packages don't come in 2 days even if the sellers item says Prime on it. The best way is save money and have it come UPS.
I pay for monthly membership for two day prime delivery and for the past couple months my merchandise is not being delivered on time!. Above frustrated at this point. Considering canceling my membership.

I've been a pine member for several years now. I've attempted to correct this situation numerous times without success…I live in a condo complex with multiple buildings. Our driver doesn't even attempt to contact us for delivery of our items. Instead they deliver to the club house. This is incredibly inconvenient because we can only pick up packages during certain times. I work from home so there is no excuse as to why our driver is not delivering to me. Today really pushed me over the edge. The driver delivered multiple packages to the club house at 7:10 am. Tge club house doesn't open till 11am. Those packages are out in the freezing cold unattended for 4 hours! UNACCEPTABLE! Hopefully someone of authority sees this review and sees the picture sent by the driver to confirm this rediculous behavior! I'm pretty sure this is not the expectation of how packages are to be delivered. If I lived in a house the driver would be expected to ring the door bell at each residence. I'm not understanding why the expectation is different here…please notify me if my expectation is incorrect or misinformed.
Used to be a great thing. Now Amazon is seemingly continously raising rates, instituting fees and overall decreasing value.

As a member of both prime and prime music I will not be renewing either. I am tired of delivery delays and getting slapped in the face with 5 dollar credit. When a shipment leaves Jamaica NY at 434 how does sit get delayed going to a facility a half hour away? Because you like screwing your customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Just pure trash and so not worth paying for either service anymore. Negative 5 stars for you and you greedy owner

Amazon is the worse company ever especially as a prime member for years. My orders " never" are delivered in two days. My package was thrown by a storage pod. The driver had to walk past my house and car and go into the neighbors yard. If it weren't for getting a message, I never " would have received my package. Then to be on chat for hours with Amazon, I've had packages " not "delivered at all. I was promised a refund today by a representative's and told to keep the merchandise " makeup ".The representative said to wait three hours After the time passed and nothing was showing in my Amazon account. I reached back out after the three hour time frame. The representative transferred me after explaining I was asking about my refund, to make a long story short. I told the representative to read the previous chat showing that I was promised my refund. Anyways, six representatives the very first and five more, just to ask about what was the status of my refund? The representative's all repeat the same thing, I believe they are " bots " and with their names. You can see that there're names may be made up as well. I have went through the ringer with Amazon.Today I put my prime on pause and I will be canceling Amazon. Amazon use to be pretty good, now they are liars and rip customers off. Even wigs they except back, resell all natted with bugs and refuse to refund. I think it's time to shop elsewhere. I've wasted a lot of money on prime through out the years. I think amazon owes their prime membership customers some serious cash " refunds " packages are " rarely " delivered in two days, used damaged items, not received items or delivered elsewhere and tell you to go look under cars, behind bushes, ask neighbors. That's not my job, that what I'm paying prime for. This is where one of my packages was delivered. Does this look like a house? UNBELIEVABLE- and I was offered a $10 card to use towards anything sold by "Amazon ". WHAT A JOKE!
I have been an Amazon prime member for 10 years and now they have started running advertisements within their programs and movies on Amazon prime video. If you want to avoid watching advertisements on Amazon prime, you must now upgrade by paying $2.99 extra a month to get ad free programming.
Like paying $139. A year to be a prime member is not enough? It's a shame Amazon has started nickel and diming it's Amazon prime members. I am opposing this extra fee by no longer subscribing to paid channel subscriptions through Amazon prime. I will go straight to the channel (STARZ, BritBox, HBO/Max, etc.) and purchase my programming subscriptions.

I take Amazon for granted. Package after package successfully sent and delivered with efficiency and accuracy deserves a shout out. I recently had a Macy's.com package mis-delivered only to be told we were out the money and the item. I will reward Amazon by being a loyal customer. The windbreaker jacket arrived with photo delivery confirmation.

Amazon consistently doesn't seem to know what it's doing in regards to delivery to rural areas. It's the Walmart of the web. Where as WalMart hire anyone who has a pulse, Amazon just plainly doesn't understand about life outside of town. Announced delivery dates are 88% wrong, sometimes by 3 or 4 days. Online customer service is a joke since it's farmed out to India or Pakistan. Those people are really trying hard but don't understand the dynamics of rural life in the USA.

The new irritating wait time for orders to be filled and shipped leaves me wondering if the $139 fee is worth it. Once again I've placed an order and now over a week later it still is sitting in the dreaded "Not yet shipped. We will email you with an estimated delivery date" que, and I made sure to only purchase from US seller hoping I wouldn't run into this problem again. Unfortunately I don't usually find items in Amazon's limited same-day or next-day shopping shopping merch.
As am searching for a best innocence denied book that talk about holocaust childhood, I came across this best book that really talk about what I want.
I gain a lot in this book about a holocaust childhood I really appreciate this author by published this book on amazon to be see by all people

I've ordered many items over the years on Amazon Prime. Never returned anything until recently. I paid the UPS store to package it "professionally" to guarantee my refund. I also included several mop heads that I actually forgot to include in the requested refund.(Item was a steam cleaner). I received a partial refund on my debit card which was used for the purchase. Called Amazon and after several calls and hours, a supervisor that sounded frustrated, said I would get my final refund. Waited all week- called yesterday only to find out that the refund was put on a different card. WHY WOULD THEY REFUND A CARD THAT WAS NOT USED FOR THE PURCHASE? I've used multiple cards over the years including a couple of cards that were my fathers for his orders, he is elderly and I order for him. Amazon claims that the card was a secondary form of payment which is a lie because first of all- I would never do that- most likely- would not even know how to do that. NEXT- Amazon employee told me today that sometimes they search for other cards you have used for payments/refunds. Absurd. What company gives refunds/ takes payments from a card that was not used for purchase? This made me so uncomfortable that I cancelled my Prime membership, no telling what they will do.

Amazon has become the wh_re of streaming. I ALREADY pay to be a PRIME member, now 90 % of their content forces you to watch FREEVE with commercials, or you can buy/rent. The majority of movies are $ 19.99 to rent, or you are forced to subscribe to a channel you don't want to, to watch a short series.
AMAZON has become ALL ABOUT making as much money as possible, and providing as little new content, especially in English, as possible. Can you tell me why they charge for OLD movies, and WHY they call adding those as NEW content?
I worked for Amazon for 2 of the the worst years of my entire life. They INFAMOUSLY treat employees like crap, FORCE OVERTIME, time your bath room breaks, and every quarter increase your quota ( output in specific time intervals). I saw them fire employees who could not keep up, but keep worthless, lazy, slovenly dressed, inarticulate, anti social techies who can't construct full paragraphs to communicate without texts ( who stand at computers monitoring your production and time) simply because they had minimal computer knowledge.
To add insult, the 5 or 6 times I actually have ordered products online I could not locate elsewhere, being a Prime member DID NOTHING for me. The last purchase I made involved an hour's worth of a chat describing the delivery never being received, and when they detailed it was left on the porch ( not in the mailbox) REFUSED to replace the item though I never received it.
I am dropping Amazon for a company that doesn't take my money or FREE movie reviews for granted, who offers MINIMAL customer service simply because they are the WORLD'S LARGEST / most successful retailer, and continuously increases charges for a lesser product.

There is no point to being a Prime member and paying a monthly fee, if EVERYTHING they have to watch COSTS EXTRA MONEY.

I've been an Amazon Prime member for a very long time. It used to be fantastic but they're getting too big and customer satisfaction is going down. You have to pay extra for many Prime video selections and Prime shipping is no longer quick and painless. Shipments are constantly delayed and if there's a problem with a payment, they don't let you know until days later which if you're expecting something by a certain date you're stuck.
The cost of membership keeps going up and the quality of service keeps going down.
I'm not going to renew my membership this year.

Had to buy an envelope to mail the shoes and print out labels - is this the NEW return policy - have never faced that for the 3 years I have had Prime - might have to cancel Amazon!
