We never recieved our product on time and had to email them more than once to get a missed shipment resolved. They did refund but it has never been consistant. I went online to cancel and they disabled the customers ability to manage thier accounts. I had to email to do so. I stopped payment through my credit card company, because it takes days to hear back. The box was just ok.
