“FILING COMPLAINTS IS USELESS - DON'T DO IT!”

Filing 2 complaints through you was a total waste of my time! This bureau & its processes are useless! After a company responds to a complaint, regardless of the vagueness of the response, CFPB automatically closes the complaint! CFPB does this without giving the complainant an opportunity to respond to the company's response. THIS IS RIDICULOUS & I'LL NEVER FILE A WORTHLESS COMPLAING THROUGH CFPB's USELESS-USE-OF-OUR-TAX-DOLLAR-BUREAU AGAIN!

Filing a complaint against couple of credit card companies.
