Placed order, got to the UPSELL portion of the site,...

Placed order, got to the UPSELL portion of the site, received a fatal error and nothing. Now my credit card has been charged and I have no order information nor information on how to contact them other than a submit question, to which I have yet to receive anything.
Contacting my bank to alert of fraud and cancelling.
