I am soldier who deployed to Afghanistan and consumer portfolio was the bank whom financed my camero! I called and left emails in regards to soldier sailor act where my interest rate was suppose to be reduced to 6% while in deployment and year after! They refuse to help me acknowledge me and want address the interest rate of 22% to the 6% rate in which I'm entitled to. They keep giving me excuses tacted on other fees such as late fees and such! I just don't get it I believe they hate military and heck I defended them while over there my country the USA and this is how they treat me! Wow
