I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Contabo. Despite setting up a PayPal subscription to avoid payment issues, I was charged a reactivation fee of $7.50 due to a supposed "long" overdue payment of just 4 days. This delay is not long by any reasonable standard, especially considering that I am paying upfront, not after the billing period, unlike other billing systems I have used.

My service was suspended for 6 days and subsequently terminated. I paid the reactivation fee of $7.50, but my account and service were still deleted. I was informed that my account could not be recovered, even though it had only been a few days. I was unaware of what was happening until I saw the emails from Contabo.

I have worked on my account for years, and the data is irreplaceable. I cannot accept creating a new account as suggested by the support team. To make matters worse, I was informed that my only options were to create a new account and transfer the balance there or get a refund. This is unacceptable given the circumstances.

I urge Contabo to reconsider its policies and provide better support to its customers.

Stay away from them, Their dedicated server fails and you will lose entire your business. Support is super slow. Your business can get serious damage. They are the most irresponsible company I've ever seen. If you want to take VPS they lie about setup time. I wish this company never existed in the first place

Charged reactivation fee on servers that was not due. That is just to bad. I have large growing number of servers with Contabo.com a Germany Hosting company. Being a Asian company I normally use service from my own region, but after being recommended to this hosting company I have moved a part of the company's European traffic to this provider. My experience... Really disappointing. I was charged late fees for servers that where paid in advance. I had added automatic payment option but it did not work. Now I will have to find other provider as I cannot accept such service.
