“The most irresponsible hosting provider ever”

Stay away from them, Their dedicated server fails and you will lose entire your business. Support is super slow. Your business can get serious damage. They are the most irresponsible company I've ever seen. If you want to take VPS they lie about setup time. I wish this company never existed in the first place

Charged reactivation fee on servers that was not due. That is just to bad. I have large growing number of servers with Contabo.com a Germany Hosting company. Being a Asian company I normally use service from my own region, but after being recommended to this hosting company I have moved a part of the company's European traffic to this provider. My experience... Really disappointing. I was charged late fees for servers that where paid in advance. I had added automatic payment option but it did not work. Now I will have to find other provider as I cannot accept such service.

Worst VPS and Cloud Provider Ever i used, the last 2 months they were just taking their services offline with no prior notifications or warnings! WHY! Because they don't care about you, they made me lose almost 5k$ between (freelance + e-commerce) those last 3 days after they decided to take down their services down, and even after contacting them they said "We are experiencing a network connectivity interruption in our Duesseldorf Data Center where your servers are located. If you can't access your server(s), this is the reason why they are not responding even though they are switched on and running. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Currently we are not able to send individual replies on this subject matter. Please follow the updates on contabo-status com

This ticket will be closed. If your inquiry was not connected with this incident, please send us a new message tomorrow" and then i told them they made loose too much already and why they didn't inform us about the takedown they started spamming my inbox about 8 times with the same email, and after i told them why they are spamming they replied with that "There will be no compensation whatsoever. Thank you for your understanding." Just like that, they don't care about you or your business, they will make loose too much and they will destroy your business, and they will say it to you as well that they don't care and you will be charged and there will be no sorry or no compensation about the damage they did, if you do care about your business and your brand DON'T USE CONTABO SERVICES, and there is more they will change your vnc and also shutdown your vps and you won't know until you receive an email from jetpack the plugins of WordPress that your website is down, and after asking them why would they do such thing they say do you have a problem with that, yes I do why would you shutdown my server! If you choose them be ready for a hell waiting for you, it's my personal experience and i really hate them soo much,! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CONTABO

We had to suspend access to all of your subscriptions and will delete all of them without option of data recovery very soon if we do not receive a new payment from you immediately. AFTER CONTABO SUSPENDED MY SERVICES AFTER "0" DAY OVERDUE THEY WANT ME TO PAY €6 TO REACTIVATE MY VPS ، I PAID THE VPS AMOUNT BUT THEY STILL DIDN'T ACTIVATE MY VPS AND THEY STILL FORCING ME TO PAY THAT 6€, OR THEY WILL REMOVE MY WHOLE BUSINESS AND SERVICES.

Updates About " Contabo ", After i Made The Update That Contabo Charges 6€ After "" 0 "" Day Overdue They Removed it and Activated The Services Again, but i want everyone to see what their emails looks like and let's start with the first part of the last email, "" -- We are not quite sure about your most recent public message on Trustpilot and for why you trying to harm our reputation so persistently? Why do you not simply reply to my mails via this ticket thread? You do like it better obviously, to re-edit your original comments and add more spiteful messages. Why is that? --""
This is the company you are going to use their services and their support you will be contacting how they look like and how they talk, they said i am harming their reputation, yes if I'm saying the truth then your reputation is fake and people must know the truth so they don't get scammed, and I'm not a spiteful person, everything i shared is the right and my real truth and experience "" --comments like yours quality to ruin our excellent reputation--"" i will correct you about this part and the truth is your reputation is fake and not excellent as you publish it, part 2 of the email, "" -- Have you approached us for a payment deferral this time? You know this, and we know, so make no mistake about what is true. --"", a fact that i forgot to mention about contabo which is if you are getting paid monthly let's say a month that has 31 days and you won't get paid until 30 then you must know that contabo will suspend your services and delete your whole business in 26 or 28, and if you have that problem you will absolutely suffer and you must contact them every month to ask them to extend your grace period from 0 to 2 or 3 days if they like you of course if they don't say bye to everything, and as a response i my self won't contact you every month to extend my grace period cause every services i use in the world they allow more than 1 week until you pay, the only company that does that 0 day trace period is contabo, contabo started threatening me as you see on the last part of the email about a fake id if i don't remove my review from trust pilot, and this is the company you are dealing with or you will be if you choose them, and that why i say STAY AWAY FROM CONTABO, part 4 "" --And yes, the server was at stake to be deleted, but this is the consequences that our clients have to bear if they do not care for payments on their rented gear. This is what we announced and this is what would have happened. The Contabo company can only work economically when everybody takes over their part of the mutual contract. And this is on one hand the provision of services, and on the other hand the payment of dues.--"" as i mentioned in the first part if you forgot to pay or you don't get paid until the final day of the month say by to your whole business after 26 or 27 or even less, part 5 "" -- For once more and the last time, would we like to express our regrets for the admittedly unfortunate accident with the destroyed fibre cable the other day--"", Contabo now started playing the victim role and throws everything on the fiber optic cable andi mean everything, another statement they sent me "" --Our 'social media ' teams has informed about your harsh critics on Trustpilot. We do - quite frankly speaking - neither appreciate such, nor do we deem it to be fair--"" if you don't like to be criticized and share your truth then you are scamming people and your are advertising a fake brand and and attracting more victims like me, you must know if you choose to sacrifice your business for the sake of Contabo that they will not compensate your damage or the days your services and your hardware was down, and they will charge you Normally and throw it on you which means you are the one who will pay the DAMAGE FOR THEM AND OTHERS AND YOURSELF.
