After dealing with ez contacts for a whole month they refunded me and I ordered from contacts direct they shipped my order the same day which is amazing
This company sent me expired contacts. After jumping through all the necessary hoops and going a week without being able to see I finally received my replacements. They ONCE AGAIN sent me EXPIRED CONTACTS. At best this signals a disturbing level of incompetence and at worst that they are trying to shovel off unusable and unsafe merchandise on customers for full price. This is absolutely unacceptable and means that I have zero trust in this company going forward. Do not order from them. Or if you do, please check the expiration date.

Company advertises cashback that is available for purchases from their cashback partner, BeFrugal. I purchased from them, based upon the representation that I would receive cashback in the amount of $48 upon completion of my purchase. I purchased according to their terms but did not receive the promised cashback. Company refused to provide proof of the purchase to the cashback partner, and no cashback was paid. They.continue to advertise that cashback is available with no intention of actually paying the cashback, and are continuing to perpetrate a fraud on the public.
Was going on vacation and realized that I didn't have enough contacts so I ordered 2 boxes to be shipped express to the nearest Lens Crafters. The day before they were supposed to arrive, I noticed there was no email confirming the shipment. Checked my account: there was a delay. Called to find out what the delay was: the lenses were out of stock & the rep had no idea when they'd be back in stock. I was furious. Why allow me not only to order them but to pay for express shipping when the contacts were out of stock? And why not at least send me a notification indicating they were out of stock so that I could order them elsewhere? Ruined half my vacation - I'll never be dealing with this company again.
