BEWARE. Stay away. I have been unable to get over $7,400USD refunded to me. The airline confirms they refunded all monies paid to them by SkyLux. SkyLux continues to stonewall me. I "saved" $500 uysing SkyLux vs. airline's full fare but now seem to have lost nearly $7,000 as SkyLux still has neither issued nor acknowledged a refund.

I am glad you were able to complete your order. Checking the address and zip code usually does the trick, but if you need to call us, you can type in "phone" to the help pop up on any page and our phone number will come up in our help article.
If you can leave a voicemail, we will call you back. And then, I would suggest contacting us at service@skygeek.com.
We appreciate your business.
Sincerely,
