These people sold me a timeshare - but that wasn't the worst of it. They called me back in for an "Owner's Preview - sales pitch" and sold me on the idea of converting my floating week to points. However, they never advised that I was getting myself into a whole separate contract! Even worse, the points that I was given for my week, don't add up to enough that I can ever stay there again except on the very undesirable times of the year! Now I have two timeshares with this company and neither one of them are any good! It gets worst... they called me at the beginning of this month and tried to get me down there for another sales pitch. After I explained to the sale agent what my dissatisfaction was, he basically burst out laughing at me and all but called me a sucker! I felt humiliated! But needless to say, I will just go on warning as many people as I can as a humiliated and dissatisfied owner of Sliver Lake Resort!

Tricksters
April 14, 2020

In the 6 years that we have been in this contract, we have NEVER been able to make even a single reservation. We have gotten nothing of value from this timeshare, and they have failed to perform under terms of the contract. We are both on a fixed income and were never told maintenance fees would rise every year, even though we have never used the timeshare. We feel taken advantage of and never received any benefit from this timeshare.

Worst holiday site ever!
December 2, 2015

WARNING DANGEROUS SITE!
I don't even know how these people get your private phone number but once they've got it they call and call and call trying to sell you an "express luxury Silver Lakes" holiday package to Florida with NO IDEA if you have already purchased a holiday with them or who you are. They ramble on a tiresome 20 minute speech about how you've won some amazing luxury holiday, and another 20 minutes later and after many questions on how they got your number and how you could possibly win anything when you never entered any competitions, THEY HANG UP IN YOUR EAR! Then they keep calling a week later trying to get more information on you. I played along just to see what the story was, and there is no winning anything unless you consider a tiny discount on a travel package a win of any kind. For this "discount" you must give your credit card details and call them back in America (on your dime)!
I was hung up on twice when enquiring where they obtained my information and for this reason they get my highest attention and worst review yet!

I have attached the confirmatory Email i received from your company earlier in the year.
Imagine my surprise when I contacted the same company by Email to request and itinerary in detail so I can commence making my flight arrangements, received a response phone call and was advised I was dealing with a 3rd rate company after all. As You can understand the dates are complex due the the changes in venue and my Travel agent was looking forward to receiving a detailed schedule for him to work on. When I initially made the reservation with Joshua Pereria he was happy to advise the company would assist with arranging the flights and could beat any prices I was able to get, another incorrect fact I was advised of.
I was amazed on several counts when the company contacted me by phone upon receipt of my Email request to advise they are unable to repsond by Email. An International company who obviously have access to Email expect me to painstakingly write down the long and complicated itinerary, transcribe it to an Email and send to my Travel Agent, who fortunately is in the 21st century, and send me a proposed schedule and pricing. By Email for my confirmation.
As I explained to the female who contacted me we are in the 21st century, or so I thought, maybe it hasn't hit the States yet.
I run 2 hospitality businesses here in Little old new Zealand and if I didn't use Email my business would fail.
When I received the original sales pitch from Joshua I was understandable cynical and he assured me on all counts this was a legitimate offer from a respectable company. I am now bound to disagree and, as I am now advised I am unable to cancel this, I would like some reply to my complaints before I take this further.
I am keen to reserve the holiday for mid May and will do should an itinerary be Emailed to me. Iam travelling from new Zealand so it is a long haul flight with numerous connections so needs to be exact.

I await your reply with interest
Update... needless to say no reply has been received
