May 13,2015 I am confused as to all the negative comments. I ordered the brillant blue contacts. Three pairs to be exact. I was given a tracking number. It comes by USPS. Which is regular mail. I got my contacts with in 2 weeks of purchasing. I love them. They have lasted me months and I plan on buying more. I have goten so many complaments on them, some have even thought they were real. It was by far the best investment ever for someone like me who wears colored contacts all the time. Dont let one bad experience keep you from pirchasing on silkfair.com. How many times have you had a bad experience at Walmart or the grocery store, but most of us continue to shop there. Silkfair is very much real. My order came late and then when I tried logging back into my account to request a refund "Error" popped up and said that the site was temporarily down... it's been 3 weeks and it is still down. They have completely disappeared and clearly do not want to give me my money back. TERRIBLE SITE.

I order for a pair of sterling grey contacts. It's been almost a week and half. I used the tracking # and the postal give said they label it but didn't drop off the shipment to be deliver. They chatge my credit card but I haven't receive anything. I have email customer service and the seller and neither have replied. Also there's no phone # to contact anyone. Do not buy anything from silk fair they are scammers

Absolutely *******% horrible. They will not take your returns whatsoever because there is NO ONE TO ANSWER RETURN REQUESTS! That Post Has Been Abandoned! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

Do not order from this site. I placed an order, never heard anything... then received emails in broken English that I needed to tell them when I could be contacted to verify the order. However, they did not even give a reference to the order. I thought it was Spam. After prodding, they told me which order it was. I emailed that I would like the order sent as soon as possible... and then they wrote that they would cancel the sale and refund my money since "I seem worry". Very strange. I do not plan on using this site ever again. Buyer beware!

This site has been abandoned and is no longer being maintained. There is no response from their non-existent support staff. Do not buy or sell on this site!

I ordered turquoise contacts just a couple weeks ago, they came in last wednesday. They were comfortable, but so translucent that there was no difference in my eye color AT ALL. Very disappointed, hopefully ill be able to order new ones from a better sight by halloween

You piece of $#*!ing $#*! gave me the wrong $#*!ing contact colors and both the left and the right were ripped if i found out who the $#*! gave me these ill chop your balls off. Thanks and have a wonderful day by the way never get anything from "silkfair" kiss my $#*!.

Thieves theives theives! This company does not exist these are scam artist pieces of $#*!! I ordered 2 pairs of halloween contact lenses that i never received after a month and a half now. Of course the $50 was taken out of my bank account though! Ive emailed them 35 times and no one responded. Im beyond pissed off! I reported these sons of $#*!es to the bbb and wrote as many reviews as i could all over their website. I hope they catch these people and give them exactly what they deserve! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALL COMPANY STICK TO REAL WEBSITES LIKE AMAZON... I HAD TO LEARN THIS THE HARD WAY!

AFTER WEEKS of trying to cancel my seller contract with SILKFAIR, and getting NO response, I contacted Paypal that Silkfair is using to debit $14.99 a month from my Paypal account for their 'non-existent' services. In a year and a half of getting weekly notices about 'how many are viewing my store' I have not received even ONE sale. Unfortunately it took me that long to discover what a scam they are and contacted Paypal. An investigation by Paypal (Silkfair has 45 days to respond) had been initiated and I am hearby encouraging EVERYONE else being ripped off by Silkfair to contact Paypal or whoever else is collecting your money. Mahalo Nui Loa!

I ordered a pair of colored contact lenses a few days ago, and when they were delivered to the adress, and I opened them, the right eye contact was ripped into several pieces.

Silkfair charges the seller for "final sales fee" even if the the customer did not pay for anything. If a customer puts something in his shopping cart without any kind of payment, Silkfair considers that as an "order", they notify the seller that he received an order - and they charge. If the customer does not end up buying what's in the shopping cart - Silkfair still charges you. Trying to get your money back? Well good luck... they keep telling you they did not charge. Even when you show them your bank statement. Stay away from them! It is a scam!

Just horrible... smh. I wish i would had never bought anything from them! I still havent received anything in the mail from them. Oh, I ordered five pair of cosmetic contacts. Bastards. I have no tracking number whatsoever.

No customer service what so ever, sellers can cancel a sale with no notification to the buyer you contact silkfair customer service and they do nothing. Should be reported to the BBC better sites out there. (etsy, artfire, offeritem etc)

Sellers beware. This company will not help you as a seller or a buyer. I tired buying from another seller on this site and the seller declined my order 3 times. When I filed a complaint I received harrassment not only by the seller, but by customer support
