I BOUGHT $8,000.00 in jewelry in 4 months in 2010. I RETURNED $800.00 INSURED JEWELRY AUG. 2010. THE OWNER NAMED SYLWIA (WON'T GIVE ME A LAST NAME) REFUSED TO REFUND ME AFTER RECIEVING THE JEWELRY. SOME, BUT NOT ALL OF THE JEWELRY WAS PAST THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. HOWEVER I EXPLAINED I HAD MAJOR ANKLE/FOOT SURGERY AND WAS BEDRIDDEN FOR 2 MONTHS. SHE AGREED TO REFUND ME WITH A 10% RE-STOCKING FEE. EVEN THOUGH THEY PROCLAIM THEY DON'T EVER CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE I AGREED. THEN SHE CHANGED HER MIND AGAIN. I LET HER KNOW MY BANK AND VISA WOULD CHARGE HER WITH FELONY CHARGES AS SHE KEPT MY JEWELRY AND MY MONEY, SHE THEN REFUNDED PART OF WHAT SHE OWES ME. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, 2 NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERALS AND STILL NO REFUND. SHE OWES ME $362.00. SHE HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE WHEN SHE WON'T GIVE HER LAST NAME OR HER PARTNER'S NAME. IT HAS BEEN 7 MONTHS AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME TO RESEARCH FOR HER AND RESEND HER THE ITEM NBR'S OF WHAT I RETURNED AND WHICH CREDIT CARDS I USED. WHAT KIND OF BOGUS COMPANY CAN'T KEEP RETURN RECORDS AND ASKS THE CUSTOMER TO DO THE LEGWORK FOR THEM? I HAD RETURNED JEWELRY THAT DIDN'T FIT ON 2 OTHER OCCASSIONS, THEIR POLICY STATES THEY REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECIEVING THE JEWELRY "NOT SO" IT TOOK 2 MONTHS AFTER MANY EMAILS TO GET A REFUND. NEVER GOT SYLWIA( NO NOT SYLVIA) TO SPEAK TO ME ON THE PHONE. THEN SHE TOLD ME THEY WOULD NO LONGER SELL TO ME AS IF I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I SHOP ONLINE ALL THE TIME AND I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A COMPANY UNTIL THIS ONE. SILVERRUSH YOU ARE A THIEF AND MAY GOD CURSE YOUR BUSINESS. YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND I WILL CONTACT EVERY WEBSITE I CAN TO ADVERTISE YOUR DISHONESTY AND UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
