Great custom design team! They made that so easy! I'm just hopeful I have this by my event on March 28th! The timing works out by the estimates. Fingers crossed!

For one blank sample thought it was going to be free. I have been disappointed with many webcam covers and wanted to see how well this one sticks. Others tend to slide around because of the adhesive or the slide breaks or hard to use for a laptop. Ordering was okay. Would rather use PayPal for payment.

When I saved my project it saved it as black instead of navy. Also, would be good to have grid lines on the design pages so you can see if you're getting things straight/centered.

Wish you could go back and adjust colors and quantities from the shopping cart. There was no way to edit an item. Only delete it.

I am actually terrifying right now imagining SilkLetter would f up my design because the print surface is kind of curvy. LORD, please help me, hope this money translates into exceptional works. I don't know I can't say much right now, amen.

I ordered flasks to be customized with our logo and lettering. They sent several proofs of our logo with lettering to be put below it. It was sent to production once we got the correct logo and lettering. The production took over 20 business days to complete. Once we received our flasks the logo was suitable, but there was no lettering underneath it as requested. Trying to speak to a person on the phone is impossible. I have sent over 12 emails to rectify the problem and send the correct flasks to me with the suitable logo and lettering. There has been no resolution to the issue, and no one at the company will take responsibility. We sent over all the documents to back up the order, but they still have not responded with a resolution. The salesperson Pat was the one who put in the incorrect order. I would never work with this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

I didn't see where I could pick which cheek to put the logo on so I'm not sure what will happen. My chat service was excellent.

Wonderful to be able to design and manipulate the image on the way to check out, but difficult to change things, site felt glitchy and it is unfortunate that you cannot edit color or quantity in the basket. Had to go back and process a new order all over again.

Really fast sample, and edit. I was able to get my order changed in minutes, thanks to their chat box!

The end user experience on this website is great! I love the design lab and the feasibility of navigating all the different product offerings. Thanks! I look forward to doing more business in the future.

so excited to find a vendor who would allow a less than 250 minimum!! I'll certainly checkwith Silkletter when I come up with my next promotion!!!

Easy to use website, I wish you could order 1 sample at a cheaper price. However, the overall prices are not bad, waiting on the final production now to see how it comes out!

Wish the adhesive for this product had much more 'holding' power....

editing design is difficult. I'm confused about the ordering process and receiving the proof. Wish you could see a larger image of your design.

It was fine except that you couldn't edit your order in the cart. You require that you start all over. Bummer

I worked with SilkLetter to get a product to my office in a timely manner. The customer service department was highly professional and courteous, working with me to make sure the delivery date was secured. Customer Service provided excellent service with additional questions. The product was high quality.

Prices are reasonable in caparison to other companies. I had a question before placing my order which was promptly answered through the chat on the site.

What a great experience! I had a little design struggle and they helped right away with all my revisions and still let me use the 5% coupon code a week later! I can't wait to see the bottles!

4 stars. Your website doesn't always function correctly. I couldn't access any of my saved designs and had to start from scratch each time. It would have been nice to put everything on one order- but we had to split it into 2 to get everyone the colors they wanted. Still super impressed with the ease of use for the design studio and I like the price for the customized tumblers. Excited to see how the finished product looks!
