Got hung up this afternoon trying to use PayPal Credit to pay. Need to rush the order so went ahead and paid by credit card this evening but would have preferred to use PayPal Credit and help line wasn't able to fix the issue when I called.

Happy to report product came a day early and was perfect :)

Easy to use website with lots of options

Easy to use website with lots of options. One product I am thrilled with, the other, the pens I am not. The proofing process was difficult for the pens and I am not happy with the quality of printing.

The reorder option was GREAT!

The reorder option was GREAT! The cup is great, the print looks professional but the seal around the lids that hold them to the cup are almost non existent. They do not hold to the cup which makes the lid pretty useless.

The color that resulted from the printing process was not the ideal color that I had hoped for. I understand that different printing processes produce different colors, and this was a learning experience for us.

We had ordered 34 pink tumblers, 33 orange tumblers, and 33 blue tumblers. When they arrived, we were sent 34 orange tumblers, 34 blue tumblers, and 32 pink tumblers. Also, we were missing some straws of the orange and pink tumblers, but had extra of the blue straws. I was hoping the tumblers and straws would match.

Web site was difficult to navigate would not allow me to click on things even though they were clickable. Would not let me use the drop down and site kicked me out several times... had to enter the same thing 3 times. No way to go back to make changes.

The design feature isn't working, I received form responses and couldn't get my questions answered and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone. The representative on the phone was very professional.

When I called back to follow up on the order I waited 30 minutes in a chat window and still never got any information. The order turned out fine and I am satisfied with the purchase, but the functionality of the website makes ordering more difficult than it needs to be and the customer service process makes it very difficult to confirm information.

I ordered bookbags from the company and a lot of them had defective zippers. I called the company because this will definitely be an inconvenience for the upcoming event that we needed them for. The company asked me to send a picture of the spilt zippers. I am waiting to see what are they going to do next.

I love these bottles

I love these bottles. I ordered them to use as favors for my daughter's 10th birthday and they were perfect. The size of the bottle is perfect. All the kids and their parents loved the bottles. They will definitely be put to good use especially in the summer heat.

We ordered portfolio pads with embossing of the company's logo and they turned out really fantastic! We loved the quality of the portfolios and they had a very reasonable price. Customer service with this company is an A+.

I was frustrated when I couldn't get the site to take my order request.
I also was "surprised" by the silk screening charge of $**. I thought by buying the printed products the screening charge was not applicable. I also tried to send art work (wanted a bee on the bottles along with writing) but was told you had no art work to do this so I tried to send some and your site would not take it. Found this very frustrating and finally just went with writing only.

Disappointed the one we want is out of stock PDNO-3569BL. Hoping more stock comes in. Already paid for that sample- now paying for another. Hope it comes quickly although the price point is much higher than the one we want. 3 stars- it won't let me click.
After received- quick delivery but paid for sample. Product is smaller than earlier version and costs more.

Website was difficult
June 15, 2015

Website was difficult. Couldn't edit the shopping cart amount. Couldn't easily change the design. Had to keep starting the design over. Couldn't change the number of items once I had the information in my cart. I ended up writing a note with my order to change the number to a higher one, and they did it without a problem. Once the order was placed, everything went smoothly.

We are very pleased with the product that we received. The only small issue that we had was that we received Cotton Candy flavored chapstick instead of Cake Batter. This is not a big deal as we are totally fine with using the Cotton Candy. Thank you.
