I ordered flasks to be customized with our logo and lettering. They sent several proofs of our logo with lettering to be put below it. It was sent to production once we got the correct logo and lettering. The production took over 20 business days to complete. Once we received our flasks the logo was suitable, but there was no lettering underneath it as requested. Trying to speak to a person on the phone is impossible. I have sent over 12 emails to rectify the problem and send the correct flasks to me with the suitable logo and lettering. There has been no resolution to the issue, and no one at the company will take responsibility. We sent over all the documents to back up the order, but they still have not responded with a resolution. The salesperson Pat was the one who put in the incorrect order. I would never work with this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

I wish products could be ordered in lesser quantities when you are not needing them to have a logo or anything. We really only needed thirty, but had to order fifty and this is for our Track program that has little funds.

Shipping was VERY expensive, but to be expected I suppose since we're ordering from Hawaii (still, Amazon & Zappos offer free shipping!)...
The first proof had the wrong type (not the font we asked for) but was corrected on the second proof...not a big deal...

Awesome product selection and quality. I will be using these for my brand's affiliate's program they are excellent as a complimentary Item! The only thing that bothered me a little was the Velcro closure on the pockets. Other than that it is awesome!

Very easy, so far extremely great customer service in phone and by the art department. They've made about 6 mock ups for us due to changes in the design. We are highly appreciative of the time taken to provide us with the best visuals for our product.
Silkletter was fast and very easy to use for my personalized purchase. I bought these wine openers as wedding favors and love the way they turned out. I would have liked to see a greater variety of colors in the opener I chose. Also, it would be beneficial for Silkletter to include a top later of bubble wrap when mailing. I say this because I used a scissors to slice through the packing tape and when doing so I accidentally scratched a few of the openers on top of the package.
Overall it was a great experience and I would come back to Silkletter again! Thanks!
I thought this was a little hard to start with, but once I figured it out it went pretty smoothly... I did not like the fact how to clear out a line or change a font with cancelling out and starting over.:(
Received our order... They are a little smaller than I expected, They look kind of cool!... but, however, they are super sharp to touch, I cut my finger on them. They should be sanded down. Not sure if I can give them out!
We mistakenly 'ordered' the wrong design as we had several options. After sending an e mail, we were contacted at once via the art department and a new proof was sent out immediately. I was very pleased with the experience of using your website and I am very happy with my shipment. Thank you very much.
My sales rep is extremely helpful and courteous. I have always been able to email him or call him with ideas of what I wanted. He always puts together a wide variety of options and sends me samples as well as creates images with our logo on it, so I know exactly what it will look like. The rep and the art department worked with me to change the font so it continued to match what was on our website and other products, they caught it before I did.

3 of the Cups arrived cracked and 6 cups have already lost the seal between the inner and outer layer at the top adhesion. I am ready to order my next round of 48 but am hesitant unless I can assure my higher ups that these problems will be resolved.

Lowest pricing found for the product I needed. Lots of other great items I am looking forward to trying. Just wish that the shipping would calculated for states other than the lower 48. They were very quick to advise of shipping rate and order received within the same time frame as free shipping.
