My shopping experience was excellent (5 stars). The process from start to finish was very easy, and I love easy! Will not hesitate to order from you again. My guests will be surprised when they open their goodie bags. They'll think I spent a mint. That'll be my secret!

Tried to set up a t-shirt order with custom logo through the website, and the page was not loading the print color options to choose from. Because it wasn't loading, I wasn't able to finish the order or the transaction. Tried to set up the same t-shirt using the side tap "request a proof." In my e-mails with silkletter, I told whoever was responding to me about my issues with the site and they were very condescending.

I did not purchase the shirts because it was too frustrating of an experience and no solution was given to me via customer service. I did end up purchasing another product and have yet to receive them.

Can't say I will use this company again. I would rather spend my time shopping around or work with someone local.

From the moment the order was placed, the process moved smoothly and quickly. Questions were promptly answered in a courteous manner. Our order was filled and shipped in time for the event we needed the items for, with time to spare. The final product was fantastic, very well done and came out exactly as we hoped. I was pleased with the product I ordered...I really don't have any =thing to compare it to because I have never ordered anything like this before...I plan on doing some camparative shopping with a few other sites I found but will more than likely re-order with you :)

Second order, still love the products but wish they would inspect the items before sending. Usually 20% comes damaged and we cannot use it. They always replace the items, but it sometimes causes us problems with delivery to clients, having to wait for the undamaged replacements to come.

We were looking for a new gift idea for our new "Partners" at our church and SilkLetter came through in a big way. We had looked at, and priced, printed tumblers from other companies and no one came close to the price from SilkLetter. The art staff quickly answered any questions I had and the tumblers look amazing. I am sure we will be ordering from you again in the future.

The Website was easy to use

The Website was easy to use - I liked how you could add your logo and see the final product with no issues. I am looking forward to seeing the final product as I took a chance and ordered without doing a "sample"! Received the final product today - we are very happy with our purchase - our water bottles look great!

The website doesn't always view correctly in Google Chrome. The bags we received did not have the finish shown on the picture and were somewhat low quality. Customer service contacted us because our logo would not print at the size needed. We submitted a vector image, but the ink would run together on our tagline, so we had to alter our logo.

"I placed an order on 12/16 for a product that was supposed to be delivered 12/30. On 1/3 when I still hadn't heard anything, I went online to find my order had been canceled. When I reached out to them, they informed me that the product I ordered was back ordered and that they tried to call me but couldn't reach me. They didn't use the email they had on file, nor did they leave a voicemail when they called. When I questioned all of this, I was just told, Sorry. I will never order from this company again. Their lower product costs could cost you in the end when you don't have any product!"

Wish company address was easily available; would help me know where the shipment was originating...

Shipping was VERY expensive, but to be expected I suppose since we're ordering from Hawaii (still, Amazon & Zappos offer free shipping!)...

The first proof had the wrong type (not the font we asked for) but was corrected on the second proof...not a big deal...

I thought this was a little hard to start with, but once I figured it out it went pretty smoothly... I did not like the fact how to clear out a line or change a font with cancelling out and starting over.:(

Received our order... They are a little smaller than I expected, They look kind of cool!... but, however, they are super sharp to touch, I cut my finger on them. They should be sanded down. Not sure if I can give them out!

My overall experience with SilkLetter was great. The stainless steel water bottles we found were exactly what my partner on our project and I were looking for. The price was great, and then the customer service that I got over the half a dozen times I contacted our rep and the production team was very helpful. The ultimate test was when the water bottles arrived at my house last week and they look amazing. They are going to be a big hit.

I am a return customer due to the ease and quality of past experience.

3 of the Cups arrived cracked and 6 cups have already lost the seal between the inner and outer layer at the top adhesion. I am ready to order my next round of 48 but am hesitant unless I can assure my higher ups that these problems will be resolved.

The design process was quick and easy!

The design process was quick and easy! Best price I've found for this item after searching many websites! However, the printing on my item had letters that were so close together that they almost blend to look like one letter. I wish they would have caught that as it wasn't visible in the proof stage.

Cooler totes were cheaper material than I was expecting. Not sure how long they'll hold up. Guess I should have ordered a sample first but I didn't have time.

In using the design feature, it would be easier to go back and adjust text blocks instead of having to start over to make any changes. Also be sure customers understand a 12oz water bottle 7" tall is not very large - I knew it but you can't tell from the photo. Maybe show it next to a hand or backpack to show scale.

Very helpful and quick response time! However, the image on the cup was very small. The staff was adamant that I review thoroughly, but I wish that they had suggested looking at size. It is difficult to see on a computer screen. Thank you!

I was a little upset to find that we were not able to have the silk done on these. I found out after paying for them and they were ready to go through production. You should not offer that on this product if you don't do it.

Found what I wanted but kept getting error at checkout and cart would time out too soon. Lost my discount and couldn't go back to enter it. Could not find a way to verify layout after item was placed into cart.
Received confirmation and proof of layout via email to approve before item was finalized. Liked the final opportunity to verify and give my approval on size and location of logo.

Trying to place this order yesterday was a disaster! Screens would not come up correctly and getting the hang of placing the copy was a bit confusing, but I think the inclement weather may have had an impact on things. I started completely over today, and it was a piece of cake! My order was delivered on time, and the quality of the product was super!
