We were very happy if order arrived before 8/16 - the date stated on our order & summary. That reduced our stress of planning all details for the retreat. However, when we opened the box, two of the cups lids were cracked. We used the cups all day, but by the end of the day many logos had smeared, rubbed off, or smudged. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this product, as the goal of logo'd merchandise is to have company name/image on something people will keep for a while, and use where others can see it. I don't doubt people will keep the cups & use them; but not many logos remained.:-(

We had an issue with our order and the emblem not showing up very well. Silkletter's customer service division is currently working with me to resolve the issue, and reprint our portfolios. I am very satisfied with how prompt the service team has handled my issue, and feel confident that Silkletter will insure our satisfaction.

The bottles we received, with our team's logo on them, were awesome! There was a little glitch in the shipping process. For some reason, the shipping labels were printed, but the packages were not picked up for shipment from your facility. However, Leslie and the warehouse workers, got it out in a flash, I received the package the next day! AND it wasn't late. Thank you for making this event for our kids a special one with your great product! I will use and recommend your company in the future.

Live chat online was really helpful

Live chat online was really helpful. We had some questions about design, pricing, and shipping time since we needed the product done in about 2 weeks or less. They gave us quick responses and answered all our questions.

The design team was great as well. We made quite a few tweaks and changes to our design, and we were emailed back our proofs really quickly.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product (metal credit card bottle opener with our logo) and will use Silk Letter in the future for more orders. It was very easy to upload our design, choose the color, and the quantity. The website is very user-friendly and we had no problem at all finding what we wanted. Prices are better than other sites and the minimum order was much lower than other websites.

A little disappointed that we only got one runner instead of the two that were ordered - but Lindsey has been very helpful and I was told the second runner would be printed and shipped ASAP. Hopefully it will arrive without any more delays!

My wife and I wanted to write a review about silk letter. We got custom water bottles made as our wedding favors and the interaction we had was great. Everything turned out great and it was so easy and fast. Thank you for all that you guys have done. 5 Stars for sure. Everything was printed the way the design was made. No defects to the design or water bottle. Very good quality! They also sent is a sample and everything was such a fast respons.

I changed my order a couple of times and from your end it was handled very well. Our order came in and our employees were shocked at the high level of quality. They assumed we were getting a lower quality bottle and were very excited when they saw the aluminum bottles. Great job and I will order in the future when we exhaust our current supply.

I was highly frustrated that the price was different when I tried to place the order the first time. I used the date given me by your representative at the end of last year. Somehow extra charges were added and I had to scramble to change the graphic to fit our budget. I tried to be very careful with the pricing since this is for a school club, This has delayed me placing an order by a month due to the pricing.

You guys were excellent! When I realized I forgot to place my order for an event that I had coming up I gave you guys a call. You worked with me (even though I had a ridiculous time frame) I received my personalized draw-string backs right on time and they came out awesome. This is the 3rd time I have used Silk Letter and I have never been disappointed. I have recommend you to friends and will be using you again in the future.

Website is user friendly

Website is user friendly. Was able to speak with a representative quickly and easily. I requested 2 design proofs and was sent those within 20 minutes of the request, and then was also called to make sure that I received those proofs along with the quote for what I was looking to order. Overall extremely satisfied with the service that I have received!

Product arrived more than a week later than the estimated arrival date. I was told "Tomorrow" over the phone every day for about five days while waiting for the delivery.
I had to take it upon myself to get in touch with the delivery company that was contracted out by the delivery tracking company that was provided by Silkletter. This should not have been my responsibility.
I eventually spoke to Lindsey (customer service) and she was very helpful in eventually resolving the situation and getting me my productâ

I was amazed at the quick response on my proof request. Even the second time I sent a request it took a bit longer but it was still nice to be able to see what is requested without driving from store to store.

There was a couple week gap between my approving the proof until I heard anything from Silk Letter. I started to worry (since this was my first order with them) so I called to check on the status. The customer service rep was VERY pleasant and reassuring.

I chose to celebrate my staff with a small order of personalized water bottles. Unluckily, the original order that I placed did not have the colour bottle that I wanted nor my second option. I think it was due to this confusion that the bottles did not come in the correct colour of font that I had requested. However, the expediency and customer service was great. I was on a time crunch and got my bottles just in time!
