If you didn't have a chat function I would never know what the logo requirements for upload were.

Yes, getting the logo sized properly took some doing. Also, the packaging would be nice if it came with a bag to store it in.

Very easy site to navigate through

Very easy site to navigate through. Had great choices and was happy that I could select multiple colors and still receive the quantity discount****follow-up***I was not completely happy with the final product. The bottles had scratches and bubbles in them. To the point that it was very noticeable.

Could not add or subtract colors of design in that screen, had to start over every time. Also it does not state in the beginning that how much each additional color is or that it is even extra for each color.

The only reason for the difference in my price satisfaction and satisfaction with the product is that I didn't realize what material the bags would be made out of. It seems that the bags may not be as tough as I thought they would be. This was my error.

Very user-friendly website! I ordered other items from 2 other companies at the same time and your online ordering process was by far the easiest. I was able to upload a logo and add to it very easily! The acrylic tumblers look great and arrived just as promised.

The bags I ordered for my wedding ened up being extremely thin. We were concerned that upon getting wet by the pool, the bags would be ruined in a minute. When we called to try to order a different bag, they said "you get what you pay for" and refused to do anything to help offset the cost of new bags. There wasn't any frame of reference in the product advertisement to see that they were made of extremely thin cotton.

The product was decent and the price was good, but I was disappointed to see how carelessly the product was packaged. It looked like it all had just been tossed into the box causing some of the sleeves to be bent. The different colors were all mixed together and it was very time consuming to take them out and organize them all.

Easy peasy to place an order

Easy peasy to place an order. I was disappointed that the day after I placed my order there was an online discount of 10% that I was told I did not qualify for. I am from Maryland and when a product goes on sale within 7 days of you purchasing it the customer is granted the discount.

I purchased some custom aluminum water bottles

I purchased some custom aluminum water bottles. The graphics were done beautifully and the bottles are nice. The one issue I have is the snap clip to hang the bottles is very poor quality and people have complained. Some even came out of the box broken!

It would be great to be able to see a big image of the final proof prior to placing the order.
The comment above was written as we were working on the design and placing the order and we could not figure a way to see the final product after we went into the cart. The designing program that you have is so easy to use, we had tried making a design from other vendors and were unable due to the intricacy of the programs. I have to say that the product is exactly how we wanted it and we are very happy with it.

My law firm used silkletter very recently for an order of printed lighters with bottle openers. The lighters have been the best form of advertising we have ever used. We are returning to silkletter to order more of those lighters. Our experience with silkletter has been wonderful. Silkletter has been very accommodating and the website is easy to use. We are extremely satisfied with silkletter.

I like the product

I like the product - however several of the boxes (I ordered 38 items) were damaged. Not from UPS (the exterior 3 large boxes were in perfect condition) it was the item boxes themselves that were damaged (ripped) etc

I like your prices for our small community

I like your prices for our small community.
When I received the shipped order, I noted the cups were red and not transparent clear (which I thought I ordered. I wished when the order was confirmed a picture was displayed as well so I knew what I was getting. The cups are a cheaper plastic than I was expecting but I think can be used for what I want to do with them.

Customer Services Rep, Christine/Christina was great! She was very knowledgeable of products, and professionally friendly to interact with. {{thumbs up}}

The one thing I didn't like was having Silk Letter email me that some of my items weren't available in the color I selected and prepaid for. But I don't fault Christina, so much as Silk Letter's process.
