Good experience. Not sure I received a payment/order receipt though as we had some changes with my order.One was NOT included in the shipment which would have been nice.

Good: quick, easy, only problem was desiring to change my mind re: printing right away vs. seeing a proof, so I called and got a fast answer. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service! So far we are pleased with the back packs. (Cheap fabric, but the seem to be well put together) time will tell! Very quick delivery!

Great product at a great price. I ordered the glitter tumblers. My only disappointment is that I wish they offered more colors than just silver, red, blue, and gold.

Very easy to navigate, but it was a little confusing between the blue and the white highlight as far as making my selections on blank or printed pens.

Overall transaction was extremely nice. Only issue is small area on the design was rubbed off. Not sure if it occurred prior to delivery or during delivery.

It was simple. Makes me a little nervous how simple it was to order **** units. But I have hope the product will meet my expectations and needs. Thank you for your service.

We typically order approximately 100 items at a time for a Christmas giveaway. We have never done backpacks before and look forward to receiving this to make sure it meets our needs.

Easy as pie so far! Online chat answered my question and I place my order immediately after. Received order on time and product was great quality, including the imprint. Love it!

I wish the design lab was a little more user friendly. If you mess one thing up you have to start completely over, you can't just delete that messed up element.

The artwork was perfect. I would have paid a little more for a better quality bag. My soccer team will love them! Delivered on time and I appreciate the updates.

What a great experience! I had a little design struggle and they helped right away with all my revisions and still let me use the 5% coupon code a week later! I can't wait to see the bottles!
